Worst chipotle branch ever! Always messing up my order. Im vegetarian and every time they mix a piece of meat in my order. Literally happened 3 times in a row. Never going here nor recommend it to anyone.

This experience is so bad! I ordered two burrito bowls, specifying extra rice and vegetables for both. However, the amount of rice and vegetables in each bowl was disappointingly small. Perhaps they have a different understanding of what 'extra' means. I won't be going back; it was a very disappointing experience.

They have horrible service. The serving portions are ridiculous and the cherry on top was that me and my bf got food poisoning right after eating it. Def don’t recommend this place, do yourself a favor and just eat at home.

This location was never the best, but consistently at least tasted pretty good and the portions were ok. However the last few months the portions kept getting smaller and smaller, and now are TINY. Currently eating a burrito the size of a SODA CAN. Ridiculous.

I understand inflation nowadays but good lord, don't be selfish with your portions. Chicken bowl with rice that barely covers the bottom. Ridiculous! Two tablespoons of rice along with tablespoon size serving of everything else and the staff was in shock I had to ask for more rice. Very sad. Sorry Colma Chipotle, you need to do better.
Update to today 8/6/25. I keep giving this location a shot. Nothing much has changed as far as portion. I know Chipotle has a standard protocol for the amount of meat, which is fine. Rice that hardly covers the bottom of the bowl and salad chunks too big to chew with the cores left on is ridiculous. Also wasn’t expecting to bite into quite a few cartilage pieces of my chipotle chicken and big chunks of cheese that wasn’t grated. I must of got the end of someone’s quality control shift.

The last two visits I got stale chips. Today I ordered a side of guacamole and got old discolored guacamole. This is absolutely disappointing; especially for what they charge.

The entire staff needs food handler and customer support training. I have seen people touching their faces and with the same dirty hands, they were serving.

This is the saddest chipotle bowl I’ve ever seen in my life. It was at most 3/4 filled. Not even in the brim either. Asked for hot salsa on the side and they gave me pico… the glass walls were so foggy I didn’t even notice because I couldn’t see.

I rarely feel compelled to write a negative review, but in this case, I must. It’s incredibly frustrating to consistently receive something other than what I ordered and paid for online. Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times at this particular Chipotle. It leaves the impression that the staff either aren’t properly trained, don’t enjoy their work, or possibly both.

Give these employees a raise!! I normally don’t write reviews for chains, but the service was exceptional. I didn’t even need to ask for double meat because all the portions were so generous even during lunch rush. Also they were constantly cleaning and it was such a nice change of pace from my typical chipotle experiences.
