Pretty good place but sometimes the drink area isn't fully ready, one time I was trying to get a coke and there wasn't any of the flavoring for it and it was just the water.

It is near the Serramonte center. Standard chipotle food. Serving for faster. Restrooms are clean. Queso blanco was hot and tasty. Guacamole looks fresh. The restaurant could be little more cleaner.

I ordered a burrito with guac online, and I received a burrito with completely different ingredients and no guac. I was starving and it was late so I had to just eat it. When I asked to at least get a refund for the guac that I paid for, they told me I have to go through corporate. So I go through corporate, and they compensate me with free guac on my next visit. I come back here and try to use my coupon for free guac, but they told me it only covers a scoop of guac on the side...
