Great tasting wood-fired pizza. Not as many crusty bubbles as we like but still delicious. There is a fair wait for this crusty goodness - mainly due to staffing. Well worth the wait. Locsl Lotus lager to drink. I had a nice scoup of toasted coconut/pineapple ice cream before we hit the road.

Pizza crust is amazing, and we also had the basil hummus which was very fresh and went well with the last bites of crust. There's chairs outside but not tables (yet?). It was hot as heck inside but I imagine that's a work in progress. The pizza oven is a work of art, as is the bar counter.
I'm sure they will dial everything out in the next few weeks and we are very happy they have opened in this historic location.
