About Dunkin' Donuts

Based on customer reviews, Dunkin' receives mixed feedback. The music can be really loud, and some employees seem rushed and not as friendly as top competitors. The avocado toast is considered the worst out of all Dunkin' stores. However, other experiences are positive. The server and drive-thru attendant were very helpful and patient. The iced dunkalatte was loved. One cashier was attentive and sweet to a customer's son, who asked for his own donuts and juice. A matcha latte was made to perfection, though other times it tastes too light, just like milk. The Caramel coffee with Vanilla was delicious, and the coffee was great, with a 10/10 rating from super nice and friendly ladies providing great service.
