Its kind of annoying when you ask for less ice in your drink and they totally ignore your request and fill it up with ice. You literally only get half of what you paid for. Rude. And when I ordered on the kiosk they didnt even have the donuts to choose that were on the menu. So I had to go to the register to order. DUMB. So it took twice as long! Might as well of went through the drive thrus long ol line! Done ranting.
Went through the drive-thru national coffee Day got myself a free medium coffee was very good the man taking my order suggested great flavors I would definitely go back 2 Colton on Washington boulevard 😋😁

Based on customer reviews, Dunkin' receives mixed feedback. The music can be really loud, and some employees seem rushed and not as friendly as top competitors. The avocado toast is considered the worst out of all Dunkin' stores. However, other experiences are positive. The server and drive-thru attendant were very helpful and patient. The iced dunkalatte was loved. One cashier was attentive and sweet to a customer's son, who asked for his own donuts and juice. A matcha latte was made to perfection, though other times it tastes too light, just like milk. The Caramel coffee with Vanilla was delicious, and the coffee was great, with a 10/10 rating from super nice and friendly ladies providing great service.
