I had an amazing experience at It’s Boba Time! The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Andrea and Miguel both greeted me with the most genuine smile. They made my visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. My drinks came out good. I will be definitely coming back. Highly recommend

Amazing customer service!! Ellen and Alyssa are the best, they were quick to take my order and made the best matcha I’ve ever had! I got the matcha Einspanner, double matcha, and two red velvet macarons.
