I have had a lot of tamales this year. Homemade...From home pick up, to cars and vans to roadside stands. ? And these ones have been the best so far. The cheese and jalapeños. And the lady that helped us, was so nice. She was concerned because she said they had sat there for a while, inside the warmer. But, they were delicious! Never been ; but the business was referred to my wife by a friend. We wanted to try the pork tamales purchased only one. After we walked out with a dozen mix, consisting of pork, chicken, & cheese with straps of chilly. The masa had so much flavor and moist, the tamales had plenty of meat and flavorful as well. The sell pan dulcet and menudo on Saturdays & Sundays; although they sell out within an hour or so. Therefore you need to go when it opens or you will be left with...
