“I visited Cava around 8 PM on a Tuesday night (pretty busy time) and from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the supervisor, who genuinely asked how my day was, no small talk just for show, but a real conversation. What blew me away was the whole team’s energy. Brandon Janessa, Alex, Nina - and others who were busy cleaning, yet when I asked for help, they stopped immediately to assist, no hesitation. They made sure I had all the info I needed, even with a line behind me. Everyone pitched in, sharing their favorite menu items and making me feel like I was the only customer in that moment. The food was amazing, I got the beef Kabob plate & it was very flavorful. Service was awesome & it was a great First time & will definitely be coming back!!“
