Not the same like before, I wasn't greeted with a Welcome. Also the ppl were goofing off on the wet floors. I was just shaking my head, no one told them to stop. My order wasn't made properly..I even mentioned it to the cashier and he said..idk why he's doing that..but didn't tell him to stopParking: Two handicap parking up front and it's pretty tight..so not big old trucks can fit in the parking area
I ordered Decafe latte, they serve me with, black cold coffee. I ordered for Crusoine, they serve me with cheese bread. I was upset of poor treatment. 4 staff members were on the counter for service. No one really care, I was insulted as a customer buying your product and threaten to get out or he can call the police.What kind of training you provide to mentally sick people to serve customers. Rest room very poorly managed dirty place to be in.Change or replace the supervisor soon as possible.

The same as any of Starbucks only difference is they close earlier then stated online; thankfully there is another location across the bridge.

They are not capable of doing anything right. This has to be the worst Starbucks ive ever been to. This is the 4th problem we have had just in the month. Theres a huge difference between a brownie and a fruit and cheese box and these people seem to have the competency of toddlers. Talk about idiots.

Had to return my drink three times. Even though I get this drink weekly. They're to popular to be thorough. Prices are too high. Drinks when made right are good. Went through the drive thru with 30 minutes before closing plenty of time to order one drink. Two cars were ahead of me and when it was finally my turn, it was 15 minutes before closing but they wouldn’t take my order and told me to return during business hours. There was still 15 minutes left, everyone in front of me placed their orders and received them, while I had to continue waiting in line to leave because they were “closed”
I went by here this morning 11/16/23 for my refresher and I saw the young lady at the bar just pour the contents straight into the shaker cup but didn't shake any of the refresher or teas she was making. My mobile order wasn't ready at my arrival and I was able to see her make my drink and others. We all know shaking a tea or a refresher makes all the difference. Starbucks isn't what it used to be.

DO NOT FORGET TO ASK FOR YOUR GIFT CARD BACK!!! Today window clerk Tiffany forgot to hand my gift card back to me that contained a remaining balance. If it was an accident, that's all well and good... Although, I've been to 4 different drive-through locations this week and every single location forgot to hand my gift cards back to me. I had to ask for it back every single time. This is wild, because I've never had anyone forget to hand my credit card back. Once you drive off it's theirs. Your names not on it, no way to reclaim it later. Scam?! Boo. Managers, start logging employees who have this happen frequently.
