Cabeza estilo Sinaloa is a highly recommended restaurant. The food is excellent, with meals like tortilla with asientos and cheese, a plate with meat and “consomé”, mini Gordita con asientos and cabeza, Quesadilla de Lengua, and Taco de Cabeza all being incredibly delicious with amazing flavor. The coffee is the best. The elote cheesecake is also delicious. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared with generous portions. The service is fast, the place is clean, and the staff is very polite and always checking on customers. The atmosphere has good music and a very welcoming feel. The owner gives personalized attention, which is priceless.
