This place is horrible! The tall lady gloria is the worst. Always eating chicken at the tables.. and has a bad attitude. They close an hour early on Fridays and they give the smallest portions from any waba I've been to.

Worst waba grill in the area. I eat waba grill frequently at many other locations. Staff particularly the tall lady who was preparing the food could’ve had a better attitude. Food was okay in taste, if you want extra sauces prepare to pay extra. All the other waba grills don’t charge for extra sauces.

Always good bowls. I like how they use marinated teriyaki ribeye steak for the beef bowls. The meat is tender with lots of flavorful beefiness. Serving is large enough to fill you up if you're really hungry or if you want to save half for later. Get your veges or salad & some potstickers to round out the perfect meal! Service is fast so you're not waiting too long if you have limited lunch or dinner times.

I decided to try something "healthy" for lunch for a change. Fast food has become quite expensive lately, so when I saw their value meal, I decided to try it. What you see here was less than $10.
It was definitely edible. I would do this again. That's probably the smallest cup I've ever seen however.
Can you guys not sell plates if you are going to just give me bones and fat, no solid meat at all, terrible for business

So I ordered a side of boom boom sauce because I must of not added it on my online order in my tacos , assuming it wouldn’t be an issue since they will put them on the tacos anyways , but the cashier and a manger said they charge ?♀️ I said don’t make any sense because there is containers and sauces for you to take, but not the actual boom boom sauce so I said if I asked for the side of sauce you still charge? She said yes.cause we charge for the container ?♀️ “but there free containers there for your preference “ don’t make any sense !!! I wouldn’t go back to this one because of there service and instead of making it right they preferred to argue back to make a point customer service was bad and the tortillas where not fully cooked !

I have gone to many Waba Grills, because I enjoy the food. However, I enjoy my bowls with garlic Serrano sauce and freshly squeezed lemon juice. I don't like to need to slather my rice in waba sauce or eat dry rice. They don't have freshly Sliced lemons here like they do at every other Waba, and they charge for their garlic Serrano sauce. I won't be coming back.
