“I love this place. It's a real gem. An amazing location, these folks have done it right - investing in a great place to relax by the river, top-level service, obviously everyone cares about this place. We loved the variety and care in the food. We had amazing Verde poutine as an appetizer - shockingly good, so tender. All of their various fried potatoes are exemplary! And we tried fries, sidewinder fries (I highly recommend these! Thick cut spiraling, perfect crunch), and their kettle chips - also great level! Super great at the frying over here! (totally can build a solid business just on that!) Warm, but cooled by the river flowing by, this is a special place. A 'food destination', we are planning to divert over here to this little spot outside of Colusa, every time we pass anywhere nearby, from now on. Have to, the whole family is already clamoring for it. Oh, and to top it all off - they are very dog friendly. Made our puppy feel very welcome.“
“My husband and I usually go there on Saturdays. We love spending sometime in the back patio while drinking our coffee. The baristas are the sweetest ladies. They are very attentive who make us feel welcome. And the coffee? It speaks by itself, delicious and fresh. What about the blueberry muffin? To die for ?Truly, I wish they open on Sundays! ??“
“Found this gem of a restaurant while looking for breakfast near me in colusa. Right down the street from the hotel and opens early. Nice family owned, I say family owned because it's not a chain and it seemed to me the folks working the place were related, clean, mixed drinks available and service was very friendly. Good was cooked to order and the coffee was unexpectedly great! Ordered up eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and sour dough toast. Food came out fast, it was hot and delicious. I now have my breakfast place in colusa! It was also very reasonably priced for what I received, I would have paid more without a second thought.“
“This was my favorite place to go while living in Colusa! Every time I pass through I stop and get my usual. Food is delicious!Parking: There’s a small parking lot attached to the restaurant but there’s street parking & across the street there’s a parking lot where you can park and walk over“
“This was a great find! Heading back to the Bay Area from the mountains and took the route along the Sacramento River. Looking for a quick lunch spot and found Tacos El Amigo. The burritos were really tasty and made with care. I especially liked how he let the beans drain so the burrito maintained integrity. If I ever find myself in Colusa again, I would definitely go here again!“
