I'm sorry to say that this is the first time I get a person at the drive through window that doesn't know how to listen at all. It was useless to keep talking to him. He's probably new and still needs to learn a bit more English, I understand. But he shouldn't be at drive through yet till he gains more customer service experience and training. 😕

Living up to their history; Jack has a little bit of everything. Burgers(chicken, grilled chicken, and original breaded chicken), tacos, and vegetarian options. Their shakes are a banger. Staff is always polite.

This is a 6 dollar burger? This is is totally not what it looks like in the picture and is a total rip off. This is a $3 burger max at their competitors. Nice staff. I was sad they were sold out of the cake
