Terrible service if they knew there would be too many people they would have put more staff waiting 45 minutes for 2 drinks, and the employees with a terrible attitude made for an unpleasant moment.

I don't know if they changed the morning barista but my coffee and other's coffees have not been tasting the same. Even though we order how we want it to be made, it does not taste like when we used to order the same thing. It just tastes like a regular cold brew with creamer. I've ordered 3 times and 3 different things and it tastes the same. Disappointed.

I asked for a pink drink with soy milk and they gave it to me with normal milk and cut the drink of poor quality additionally the place is too dirty and few employees

I waited over 30 minutes for my order, I don’t know if my order got lost or someone took it since there was a rush about 20 people in there but Ivan took care of it very quickly and upgraded my size which I appreciated. I had some questions about an item that was sold out and I went to talk to the cashier about it and she was very nice and went out of her way to find out the answer for me. Staff are always very nice.

If a coffee shop prepares my online order when I come to the shop, what is the logic and importance of my ordering online? Then I would have ordered at the shop anyway, people's time is valuable in this country, they should understand that

Vegetarian options: I had a tomato mozzarella pepper sandwich and it was very delicious. The staff was friendly and speedy! Great environment!

I work in this mall so i order here often. The last few times i have ordered early in the morning. It has taken so long to get my order. For example today I order just a muffin and asked for it warm. And this was a mobile order. I ordered my muffin at 8:30 and didn’t get it till almost 8:50. I waited a little in the car then came inside and there was a few people waiting. Maybe 5 or 6 but after seeing some people were together. The crew that was there were talking and chatting and not helping the person that was on register and doing bakery items. Till someone said to go help him. After the apparent help a bunch of items came out and names were called. All names beside mine. I waited longer thinking they probably didn’t get to my name yet because they made a bunch of food. Come to find out my item had already flushed through the first wave and was just sitting on the counter because the girl that was giving them out never called me name. She even went back got more items put them near where my muffin was called more names and still didnt call out my name. And I only ordered one thing it was just the muffin. So the sticker said 1 of 1. I know it’s just a muffin but this keeps happening to me and it wasting my time every morning. In the afternoon is one thing they are slammed and so busy. But we were talking 7-8 AM. They had 5 customers. That had pretty much all left and it was just me standing there till another girl came up and grabbed the muffin on the counter then called my name. Someone neeeds to do better and be on these people for standing around talking when they all know it’s gonna get busy later so they have a bunch of prepping to do. And customers waiting.

This is by far the worse starbucks I have ever been to. Waited 58 minutes for a drink and chocalate croissant. When I asked why the order was taking so long I was told if I didn't want to wait to stand back in the ordering line to get a refund. Floor was disgusting and my shoes stuck to it. Several people just took there losses and left there drinks. Horrible horrible experience

Starbuck sam cashier does not serve US Navy veteran discount. How rude to give no service to Americans of military service. If you can not provide services to Americans veterans then you don't deserve to be on American soil to sell your business.

Very busy Starbucks store. The only specialized coffee store in the Citidales outlet shopping mall. Located next to the food ? court. It has its own outside seating. However, the food court is beautiful. I tried the bike place regular filter coffee. It was good as usual. I choose Starbucks over the food ? court for my afternoon snack. I like the bites that Starbucks offer. The place is packed on the weekend. You could wait for a long time.
