Probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. Workers were incredibly rude. Maybe there was internal conflict there between the workers because there was no communication between any of them and what communication did happen (quick work related question) was really snarky between each other, but that doesn't mean you can take your bad attitudes out on customers. This is not a Starbucks I would return to, based on how slow they are and how rude they are.

Wish I can give the barista a 0. My daughter (12) and her bff went in for 2 CUPS OF WATER. Hence , it was hot out. Barista said sorry for customers who purchase only or must buy at least a STRING CHEESE!!! I’m so glad I was already in the car waiting for them. Would have shoved my receipt in her tip jar. Goodness sakes 2 cups of water. Manager if you are reading this. Retrain your staff not to be selfish

Starbucks is not my go-to coffee spot - their coffee is consistently great and the atmosphere is cozy. I love their wide variety of drinks and seasonal specials.The Starbucks Rewards program is amazing
It’s little crowded inside because it’s in the mall and was a sunny day.
However, some customers find them pricey and service can vary by location.
Overall, I'd give them 4/5 stars

I order a coffee behind me. 5 more people leave with their coffee and mine isn't ready. I ask about it and they get angry with an attitude that I think I didn't deserve that treatment since I only asked a question about my order. I'm disappointed with this place because of the service.
80% of Iced matcha latte is ICE! I didn’t enjoy it. So pity
I placed my order at 10:06 and didn’t receive my coffee until 10:21. Even after getting my drink, I was still at the store until 10:30— nearly 25 minutes spent just for a single coffee. There were three employees working in the back, and one handling the front. This three girl was working very slow . The service felt disorganized and the customer service was poor. I had ordered a hot matcha, but it was served cold and had small lumps in it — clearly not prepared properly. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

We every time we come to the street Adele. Mall, Starbucks, we always buy stuff juices and everything today. I came very thirsty. I was looking for hard water as waited in the line. And when my turn came, the lady in the front was really, really rude. She said. How can I help you? I told her I wanna water she said did you make any purchase? I said no, she said. If you don't make purchase, we don't give any water. So that's really, really rude and I asked her the manager name, she said Sarah. absurd

The staff at my local Starbucks are always friendly, even during the morning rush. They seem to genuinely care about getting my order right and making sure I start my da off well

Terrible service if they knew there would be too many people they would have put more staff waiting 45 minutes for 2 drinks, and the employees with a terrible attitude made for an unpleasant moment.

I don't know if they changed the morning barista but my coffee and other's coffees have not been tasting the same. Even though we order how we want it to be made, it does not taste like when we used to order the same thing. It just tastes like a regular cold brew with creamer. I've ordered 3 times and 3 different things and it tastes the same. Disappointed.
I asked for a pink drink with soy milk and they gave it to me with normal milk and cut the drink of poor quality additionally the place is too dirty and few employees

I waited over 30 minutes for my order, I don’t know if my order got lost or someone took it since there was a rush about 20 people in there but Ivan took care of it very quickly and upgraded my size which I appreciated. I had some questions about an item that was sold out and I went to talk to the cashier about it and she was very nice and went out of her way to find out the answer for me. Staff are always very nice.

Vegetarian options: I had a tomato mozzarella pepper sandwich and it was very delicious. The staff was friendly and speedy! Great environment!
