Endroit hyper typique ! Bonne musique, cocktails d’un excellent niveau et à un prix tout à fait honnête, tous les classiques sont dispo et le barman tient la corde niveau cordes vocales !! feels like stepping into a time immemorial of LA. dark brown wood, red leather booths. makers and a bud light for $13. kind dudes behind the bar (service was excellent). stopped on my way back into LA and it hit the spot for a solid dive. community-oriented for sure, folks know each other and the bartenders. good vibe. 10/10.
I'll keep it simple: this is the kind of restaurant that gets every detail right and makes it look easy. The welcome was warm, the table was lovely, our server was a complete delight, and the food was excellent across the board. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing — proper flavours, generous portions, beautifully presented without being precious.
