I appreciate Chef Jade taking the time to consult with me regarding my Mom’s health issues and restrictions prior to taking us on as clients. I love the fact that he is both experienced and knowledgeable about people who have congestive heart failures and their food restrictions . Bj Fine Catering did a Awesome job! on not 1 but 2 of our events. I am Highly recommending them as they are a Husband and wife team. love their presentation and professionalism. Cant wait to use them again. please try the desert Crepes my family and friends absolutely loved them.
