Louisiana Fried Chicken & Chinese Food

The customer service here is horrible. You ask for a special order they get upset and call you names. I ordered a Spicy chicken and a side of white rice. The container only has vegetables and no chicken. The cashier cursed at me while giving me my change. I won’t be eating here again and I can’t wait until they get shut down. She refused to give me my money back for her disrespect.

I visited Louisiana Fried Chicken and had a disappointing experience. I simply asked if my chicken could be placed in a smaller bag (which I was willing to pay for), and the employee responded with unnecessary attitude.

It wasn’t about the request—it was the lack of basic customer service and respect. I wasn’t rude or demanding, just asking a simple question.

I hope management takes the time to remind staff that how you speak to customers matters just as much as the food you serve.

First and last time i try this place. A plate is $14.90 with no drink. Its a bit pricey and their plates are much smaller than other places. Their chicken pepper has more potatoes than any chicken or any pepper. There's another place near by which is better and cheaper.

This place is Soo yummy we got 2 , 2item combos and it feed my family of 5 for under $30 and the food is Soo fresh what stood out was the beef broccoli it had fresh garlic chunks and my gosh it's a difference Soo good definitely going back for more orange chicken actually has chicken in it which I appreciate because sometimes in other places it's more breading than chicken the chicken jalapeno I believe is what it's called is AMAZING spicy with a hint of sweet I will definitely order an extra side of it Soo so fresh and yummy.

HORRIBLE FOOD! OVER PRICED! COMBO PLATE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE $21.00 DOLLARS! WORST MUSHROOM CHICKEN, ORANGE CHICKEN, POTATO CHICKEN, EGG ROLLS AND CHOW MEIN I HAVE EVER TRIED! ALSO ORDERED A FRIED CHICKEN BREAST; THAT WAS OKAY, OVER ALL THE CHINESE FOOD WAS TASTELESS! SO DISATISFIED! SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Very delicious food 😋

I use to love this place, its been a while since I've bought food from here. 20min ago me and my wife went and brought food home, automatically regretted buying this. Asides from being beyond expensive now, the food quality is completely trash. The noodles went from the thick noodles to then thin noodles and had no flavor, the teriyaki chicken was majority chicken skin and the chicken that it did have felt old an tough to chew. The beef & broccoli was cold like if they took it out the fridge and put it to heat up and served it semi cold and hot. My wife got a similar plate as mine except she had the black pepper chicken and just like the teriyaki it had nothing but skin and hardly any chicken. We were left with a nasty sour after taste. Never going back again. Horrible!
