Can't believe how this location has gone down. It was dirty and not so welcoming. I adk3d if it was the same owner and I was told yes, but I don't know. My sandwich was good I ate it but yeah I felt disappointed

Me and my family went to get food and two guys that worked there were not professional at all. They also weren't wearing hair nets and when we asked why they don't wear them they were very rude They told us if we didn't like it we could wait for someone else to do our sandwiches

Lately, I've been really into Subway sandwiches. I love the Great Garlic without bacon, but sometimes I have to consider whether it's worth dealing with inconsistent, spotty customer service at different locations. It's rare that I come across good service at Subway, so I want to give credit where it's due. I decided to try out this location while passing through this neighborhood, and I was pleasantly surprised. The three staff members were all chill, professional, and helpful. The behind-the-counter area seemed organized and clean, in comparison to most Subways and overall, it was an easy, fast, professional experience. I want to thank the staff here for their hard work and professionalism because being decent in service is becoming too difficult for humans now-adays. However, despite, the good customer service, I gave 4 stars, because generally, speaking, I don't think corporate does enough to invest in training and accountability measures to hold some of these franchises to a higher standard and to maintain experience consistency.

Needed catering and the manager Henry helped me with my order. He was patient and offered suggestions to minimize cost. Sandwiches were good and filling he didn't skimp on ingredients. Order was ready when it was needed and gave me his personal number in case I had questions.

Bread was not Fresh I didn't notice until I was home. He thought I wanted it toasted he didn't ask he just but in the toaster oven right away. I told him No As soon as I noticed him doing that. So, I guess that's what they use the Older Bread For. I was not happy with My Order. This one is closer to My house but will go to a different one Next Time
