This restaurant has been one of my favorite. However, the customer service today was terrible and unprofessional. We went to dine in on Chinese new year which I understand it would be hectic. I watched our food got delivered to 3 different table before it finally was brought over and the server told us it was shrimp dumpling and walked away before we could have told her we ordered the vegetarian one. She then confirmed it was the vegetarian one not shrimp like she had said. We also ordered a chocolate dumpling which was brought to another table instead of their correct order. We waited at least 30 min until we realized and told another server who promptly brought a new dumpling right away. When I paid the bill, the server DID NOT brought my card back but only the receipt. We had to go up to the front desk to ask for the card and saw it was just sitting on the counter where anyone could have grabbed it. The server did not apologize and simply just said “oops”. Another server took initiative and returned the card and apologized on her behalf. This particular server we had today really ruined our experience. We had always have positive experience in the past. On the bright side, the food today is excellent as always.

Absolutely delicious, found it by chance and have been back a couple of times. Everytime the staff is great and very helpful. You order on a screen but the food comes pretty quick. Good portion sizes, had plenty of leftovers.

Pan fried pork bun is too sweet. Also, it doesn’t look and taste like fresh made. Egg fried rice is OK, but not authentic egg fried rice. Cucumber salad is bad. The crab and port XiaoLong Bao is also just OK. Definitely won’t come back.

Nice location. Good curbside seats. Well equipped to order through terminals at most tables. Server was eager to please but lacked patience and attention. Granted that they are a Chinese restaurant so the expectation is that customers should use chopsticks. They don't have any knives to offer if you do need any but thankfully, they do have forks! I sincerely wish them well and will come back and continue to support them.

I almost feel this is hidden and larger than it looks!
1st thing - staff and customer service. Excellent!!!! 2nd - Food was great. Sweat and Sour chicken, poporn chicken. They also had their dipping sauces. 2 of them were had a good kick!
The place has a lot of seating and looks bigger than it does from the outside. Parking isn't too bad, but it is a pretty busy location.

I went in, ordered my food, paid, picked up my food when it was ready, and walked out. An employee ran out after me and yelled at me saying I didn't pay. When I went back in, the person at the front confirmed I had in fact paid and told me I was good. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. They should off refunded me and they were just talking to each other and having a lot off employees ain’t it makes it uncomfortable and unprofessional
Just stopped by here on a whim after seeing that they started serving boba. Ordered the horchata flavor and it was actually so addictive! Boba was soft and chewy, flavor was rich. You can customize sweetness but I recommend it sweet…next time I’m gonna have to try it with their popcorn chicken 👀

i had a great experience with the store manager. first, started with his warm hello and asked about how was it all, a very pleasant & sincere attitude , then later i had a little concern about the food, he resolved it quickly and went on the phone right away to take care of the issue.
The food was nice, and the service was good, and of course the manager was great ! thank you ! I will be continuing going there. thank you for your service and wish you all the best>

Just discovered this dumpling place, ordered to go steamed veggie dumplings, the chicken and corn steamed dumpling, veggie spring roll, chicken potstickers, shrimp ha gao dumpling and crab rangoon. The only feedback I have is maybe more soup/ moisture in the dumplings, they’re a little bit dry.
Everything was delicious and not too salty which is a plus!! Hopefully not much msg, I didn’t feel there was much.
Friendly staff, had to go utensils/condiment packets on the side, can’t wait til next time!!!
