I started with a Lavender Margarita. It was way sweeter than I would’ve liked it to be. It packed quite a wallop but was overshadowed by the sweetness. 3 out of 5 ⭐️ I toyed with the idea of Pato Chicharrone (duck cracklings) with pickled red onions and aioli. A different twist on an old-style recipe.
