Food was above average, and the service was alright at Best. I don't blame the TWO workers though. I placed a mobile order on a Friday night and I was told that my order would be ready for pick up by 7:27 and I end up receiving my order after waiting 20+ minutes in the restaurant @ 7:50. I wouldn't recommend bringing your business here if you value your time or plans. Maybe if there were more than 2 people on a Friday night my order priority would be respected.

Okay so I am laid up after knee surgery and wanted to try this place out finally so I ordered thru DoorDash as it is close to my house. Ordered the Combo with 2 chicken sliders medium heat for my husband but I tried it. It comes with two buns with 1 chicken tender in each, French fries and 2 side sauces. The buns are good and are in between a true slider bun and true hamburger bun in size. Would be enough for 2 smaller meals. The chicken is white meat, juicy, cooked well, and the outside was breaded with a good amount not too much or too little, and crunchy. The medium heat on the chicken was not enough spice for me and I think hot would be better especially when factoring in bread, sauce and slaw on the sandwich counteracting the spice. The sauce looks like the bloomin sauce from Outback but is sweet. With the medium heat it's a little too sweet but I am looking forward to trying with the hot and see if they are a perfect match. I did dip my fries in the sauce and it was tasty so can't complain too much. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the slaw or pickles on my sliders which was a let down. The fries are good they have seasoning and seem to be prepared in baking soda to make them crunchy. They did get a little limp from being in the Togo container. I also ordered the Hangry bowl which was super filing. I ordered in medium spice and next time I will try hot. Medium tasted like the slightest hint of cayenne pepper. It might be enough if you can't handle any spiciness at all. I think hot will be much better. The rice takes like butter not really seasoned per se. The Mac and cheese is creamy and the seasoning from the chicken and sprinkled on top makes it unique. The slaw was really good, nice and fresh and not too much dressing in it. I hate a sloppy gloppy slaw! This bowl is enough for 2 smaller meals or one very filling one! I couldn't eat the last 3/4 of cup of rice in it bc I was stuffed! We will order again!

The Angry Chicks at 5442 Ygnacio Valley Rd 40 & 50 Concord, CA 94521 is a solid addition to the other places that surround it. The menu is consistently very good, there were very few start-up headaches and a high number of employees have survived the few start-up hiccups. They've all been together. The quality of service really shows. There's no wasted time in working to deliver your order in a timely manner. There's a Team Lead, named Jenna T. She, Jenna, heads up a solid group of multi-tasking co-workers. One time I went in and Jenna was responsible for cash register. The next time, she was in the kitchen. The next time she ran after someone because they forgot their food. Then, after a few visits, you notice...everyone is following Jenna's lead and seamlessly multi-tasking as well. Great place.

Love the food. Their Hot is actually very spicy can't imagine what would be the spice at Angry level. The portions are generous and very quick turnaround time on the order.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. Clean location. I am not a fan of chicken tenders and thought the chicken was bland coated with a sweet sauce. The slaw was good, and the Mac and cheese was not for me. I'm not sure what the rave is, but that just my opinion.

The food was amazing and warm, very good and the sauce is super flavorful! The guy up from, his name is Manny was super welcoming and gave me a run down of the menu when I told him it was my first time here! Definitely worth checking out, will be coming much more often with friends!

Great customer service! We came right before they closed and usually the customer service and food is bad, everyone is tired and wants to go home but everyone was positive and nice. The food wasn't cold or tasted like it was sitting out for a while it was fresh. Great employees being friendly and kind.
