I ordered a salt pretzel and when I got home I found that one side was burnt. Will check before I purchase in the future so part of this was my fault for not checking. I feel like she targeted me because I was old.

Much better than Wetzel's after Wetzel discontinued the sour cream and onion flavor for reasons unknown. The female cashier was actually nice and she wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We got the sour cream and onion pretzel, pretzel bites and a jalapeño pepperoni pretzel plus cheese dip. They were fresh and much better than Wetzel.

I would like to start this off saying I LOVE Auntie Anne's. I absolutely hate Wetzel's Pretzels and everything they stand for those corporate pigs. At this location, I decided to switch it up and I got a sweet almond pretzel, but I usually get a normal one. At other Auntie Anne's I have adored this sweet almond pretzel, but this one just did not hit the same. Wasn't very fluffy, almonds weren't very sweet. Lemonade was good tho.

Wish I could give zero stars. The employee who opened up the shop did not wear a mask the whole time she was moving pretzels to the hot case. Even worse she was talking on speaker phone and not wearing her mask. I should have called the health department.
The three stars are ONLY because of their employees Carla and Kevin, which I'm so grateful that they were working this afternoon when my coworkers and I stopped by. The reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of Alexander. We went up to redeem our reward and Alexander just said you need to download the app & walked away. After struggling with the app due to "error" we went up to ask for help. Alexander clearly wanted nothing to do with us- Carla was the first one to be patient and really tried to help us then Kevin starting helping too. A long line started forming and Alexander didn't even try to take customers, as he stood there doing nothing. I could hear him making remarks in Spanish not knowing that we all spoke Spanish. Finally a customer who was in line was able to help us out and we got everything handled! Mind you we were kind to all the workers the whole time so it was definitely his POOR customer service. I don't plan to go back but I do want to give credit where it's due- Carla and Kevin I applaud your patience.
