They closed the store 20 minutes ahead of their closure time and while I was behind the closed door they were laughing with each other. Tonight is Aug 10th and two girls and one boy are doing this rude action and ruining the business . Never come again to this location.

Lazy and unrespectful staff. I had to wait until they finished their “rock, scissors and paper” game, then they laughed at me. And, adding to that, they served a miserable tiny cone. Outrageous!

High school aged kids need to work on their manners. Miserable faces, didn’t greet us, waited a few minutes before being addressed with attitude. They didn’t want to take any ice cream request/ order.Families go get ice cream to have a good time. Not to deal with your attitudes. Customers SECURE your checks, don’t forget your manners kids. Not going back.

Went in Saturday night after dinner for a resplendent scoop. The same gal that made my order rang it up. I put it on my card and asked for a receipt. When I went home and looked at it there was another charge on there of an oreo stuff cone. I gave them a tip that was obviously on the higher price. She STOLE from me. When I called the store to tell them the gal who answered to my name and phone number said I could go in today and she would let the person there today know. I went in they can't do refunds without their manager I was told. She refused to give me the managers number and when she tried to call the manager it was interesting she never bothered to leave a message and just said she wasn't answering. After reading all the bad reviews I am appalled the manager Dawn Martin doesn't do anything.

Incredibly rude staff both in-person or on the phone. They always act like they can’t hear you on the phone. Also called at 9pm on a Sunday and they said they close at 9:14?! When the official website says they close at 10pm….

Be careful. This store will automatically add a 20% tip without informing you and not provide you a receipt if you don't ask. Very deceitful practice. One scoop in a sugar cone cost me $5.73$. Talk about a RIP-OFF.-
Lots of options for icecream Used to be cheaper but still not bad. When hot weekends, it gets pretty busy so there is always a waiting line. Lots of parking.

Went in with my family orders a 2 scoop Sunday. The girl grabs a small bowl and puts in a 1/2 of kid scoop. After questioning the scoop she said this is how you make it. I declined the Sunday. The young girl was rude and had a lot of attitude. Horrible service!!! I will never go back to this location again

Never getting Ice cream Sundaes here. Their portions are really bad, and forget about the toppings, they are very cheap. Sundaes are supposed to be loaded... theirs are never on-par per Baskin and Robbins standards! WE NEED another BASKIN ROBBINS !!!
