Been a patron for a long time. But they are now skimping on their scoops and have been for a while. 8oz for a 2 scoop cup they have done about 6.5 for the same charge. You should get what you pay for. More training or new ownership is needed. Do better

good service and pretty decent flavors but not the best ice cream in the world.

Nice little place around the corner of this shopping complex. Very nice and helpful staff. We tried Chocolate and Oreo Cream flavors. Both were excellent! Love to come back here and try other flavors.

Cancelled my order because they were out of 1 of 6 flavors. Jason said the phones go blank. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this location. Too bad I can’t choose another location. SMH

Here at 9:30pm, staff yelled at us "were closed." While mopping the floor. Door and website says they close at 10pm, good luck getting ice cream her at night, who knows what time they will close tomorrow???

This place is a joke. Almost every time I come to this place it doesn't have milk or their blender is broken. If you're looking for a milkshake or blast i would look elsewhere

Order a cake online went to pick it up and it was ready. The manager was not there so they gave me her cel number. I called her and asked for a refund, she tells me I have to come back on Monday when she is working to get it. I explained I work on Monday and I do not live near the store. I asked to call on Monday to get a refund and she said no. You would think they we would apologized for not having the cake but nope. I never received an apology and still no refund for a cake I never received. Horrible customer service.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Upon entering i was greeted by the overwhelming smell of sewage. Everyone working looked miserable as would i in those circumstances. I can only imagine the serious health concerns that must come with whatever is causing it. Wouldnt recommend going here given the complete lack of concern for their customers as well as their own employees well being.

Do not order cake here. Just want to be clear I'm not upset about the image, this was drawn by my son. I'm upset that they gave me crack image on the cake. After I was told they would fix. After driving there twice, I was only giving $10 back. This cake cost my $52.99

Warm day, nothing better than the 31 flavors. A cone for me please.

Guillermo was great. He was very patient with our order for 5. He did not make us feel rushed.The store was clean and well organized so there isn't too many customers in the store at the same time.

I prefer oak grove because Terry owns it!

The new owners treated my niece so bad that she quit while on the job.
