My last experience in a restaurant was last Sunday, I went to have breakfast with a friend, the place is called Hoja de la Bahía in Concord, California, it was worth it because they have variety on the menu, it is a very clean place, Latin people bilingual with excellent customer service, but above all the food is very delicious and fresh, freshly made.

Can't even cook a basic breakfast Over priced. Everything seems canned or pre made Biscuits and gravy were hideous Hash browns tasted like rancid oil was used and had green potatoes in them Not fresh squeezed o j. I think the place is a scam Nothing fresh...Try a different place instead !!!

It was my first time going. The service and food was excellent. Very nice cozy place and very clean. Will be going back again.

$14 for a breakfast burrito, should knock your socks off it was alright. Over $45 for two for breakfast, just coffee and a plate each.

The food was over priced, and it says that they serve Mamosa but they don't, there no changing table in bathroom but good costumer service.

We felt that this restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming. My GF and I split a spinach scramble and orange juice, and the bill came out to $30 after tip! We noticed a vague $2 additional charge, and when we asked what it was for, we were told it was to split our order into two.By comparison, we had ramen in SF a few hours later and paid about $37 after tip for TWO orders.Overall okay, but there are much better places to enjoy breakfast. In our opinion, Bay Leaf Cafe is not worth the prices they are asking.

Service was great. It was a little warm inside. I ordered the chicken fried steak with eggs over medium hashbrowns and sourdough. My husband ordered steak and eggs, medium rare eggs, fried hard, country, potatoes, and white bread and Baby got pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon.

It has been a while since I had a day off to get over here and treat myself to breakfast. The servers are so friendly, the food is always delicious, and they never stopped refilling my coffee! I'm so glad that they are still in business, given how many restaurants have closed since Covid started. This place really is a local gem!

I come here often. The chefs Miguel and Pedro are great. You can watch them cook your food right in front. Also appreciate the e service that Nadia, Amber, and Dawn give. They make you feel right at home and always keep your coffee filled. Great atmosphere at 8 in the morning when you’re hungover and just need a peaceful place to wake up and get food.
