It's totally unorganized, messy, and just not ready for opening. I went in on a Monday afternoon and walked right up to the counter to order. I was never warned that there would be a long wait, so I was a bit concerned when I was order 55, and they were currently calling out 37. I waited 45 minutes, and they had only made it order 47. I had no more time to wait, so I requested a refund. The "manager" started to help me with a refund but was quickly distracted by other complaining...read full review
