Went here for my husband’s birthday dinner and the food was amazing! Much more expensive than I remember it being (yakisoba used to be $19 and now it’s $36 😫). But our server, Jesse, was so nice and attentive and a pleasure to have around. And our chef Gabriel was a riot. Thanks for the great experience!!

The hostess informed us that is was only one server and they were busy, but the way Abby took our drink orders, food orders and kept Checking if we needed anything you couldn’t even tell. Abby did an amazing job!

We had a reservation and were seated very quickly however we waited nearly an hour for the chef to start cooking anything. No one came to inform of us what the delays were. I don't think they were that busy but my party was in our own room so I can't speak. Otherwise food was good and honestly recommend going here on a weekend. The service I feel is better and there's more energy in the theatrics with the chefs.

For lunch time, the music was very very loud making it hard to have a conversation. Asked waiter if music could be turned down, but it didn't seem like that happened. The food was okay not great. Server was satisfactory. I won't be going back.
A terrific birthday lunch experience for Mom and a great value on the lunch menu! Our chef (Ernesto) and server (Liliana) were terrific! And the food was delicious!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Benihana. I will never return again to this place. The service is absolutely the most horrible. I waited for a chef for over an hour and half and management did not care at all. This place is garbage. Never again

Server was not polite and appeared upset'. My family and another family was at the table and we both picked up on his lack of service. After speaking with the manger we received a different server and sofa was excellent. Also our cook Jazz was great.

Extremely Disappointing Experience We had a reservation at 3:45 PM and arrived early at 3:35. They sat us down right away, which we appreciated—but that's about where the good service ended. No one came to our table for a full 15 minutes after being seated. When our server finally did show up, we ordered our food and drinks right away, hoping to speed things along. Unfortunately, it didn't help. It took 20 minutes just to get our soup and a ridiculous 45 minutes for our salads. The server was barely attentive and only came back twice to refill our drinks. Most of the time he was busy singing “Happy Birthday” at another table instead of checking in with us. To top it off, the manager came over at the end of the meal and basically spat in our faces—figuratively—offering us a free appetizer as a peace offering. He also tried to excuse the server's behavior by saying he assumed we were all one party because of our race. That is unacceptable and offensive. On top of that, they told us there was a “two-box limit” for to-go containers, which made absolutely no sense. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inattentive. We won't be coming back.

I had a great experience my server/ bartender was Daniel. His customer service was spectacular. All of my tables food came out on time and his drinks were perfect. We were also being helped by the bar manger Ivan who also had a great customer service. They were the perfect dynamic duo working during dinner. Great experience I will definitely be back!
