We had a 7:30 reservation and didn't get seated until past 8. The lobby was chaotic and the host seemed annoyed to be there. We went to the bar to wait and it took 15 minutes for anyone to attend to us. Once we finally got seated, everything else went well. Our server and chef were pleasant and attentive and the food was good.

They had a great discount for Veterans Day. I made a reservation for 6pm for a party of 3. We were told that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait as they were behind. We didn't get seated until after 7pm and then waited about 20 minutes for our order to be taken and then a another 20 till we had our soup. After that we had to wait for our Chef. We were very hingry

I really wish I could rate this higher. My family and I were very excited to go into the restaurant and have a nice experience however, the grill master seem to be rather disinterested in cooking for us and we didn't get a whole lot of the extra frills that you normally would at a Benihana experience. The food was OK....a bit bland but the sauces help. We got exactly what we ordered however, I did feel like since my grandmother preferenced that she didn't want certain...
