The only reason I'm giving it a one star is because the drinks are all right. to begin off with they don't take cash which is all right but when I place the DoorDash order, I would expect it to be ready by the time I get there but was not ready. I went on Saturday I placed the order through DoorDash because I was in a hurry. They told me to wait because it wasn't ready and that's all right. They made me wait about 15 minutes for my order for them to forget about my order so I had to go to the register and ask for my order again for the girl to give me my order, gave me an "oh sorry, here's your order" proceeded to give me my drinks in a cupholder while one drink was spilling all over the cupholder and before I could ask her to give me a cupholder and bag, she just walked away to the back. Back a few months ago I would've given this place a five star because of the customer service was great because there are two gentlemen who worked there usually and super nice but the new girl who worked there is a complete weirdo. Honestly, I recommend you to go to T4 or DoorDash from Green Bubble because the girl who helped me there was a definite zero out of 10 and made my whole experience bad. I just wanted a refund for the whole thing, but it would've been pointless since I waited like 20 minutes for my order and I really wanted to drink AND I WAS IN A HURRY. I know this review isn't going to affect their business, but I just wanted to voice my opinion if you place the DoorDash order and you are in a hurry go somewhere else because this place will just keep you waiting and then the new girl who works there I don't know if she's been working there. It will just make your day even worse. To the business owner: PLS KEEP THAT RUDE PEOPLE IN THE BACK MAKING DRINKS. Out of all the times I've been there the customer service has been 10/10. Really shook me because out of all the times I've been there. I'm never had this bad experience.

Consistency is key when it comes to boba and Big Bang is consistent! Their boba is always cooked perfectly, soft almost melt in your mouth boba but with a slight chew. Brown sugar boba flavor is spot on, without being overly sweet, IMO. I've tried a variety of their drinks, both milk bobas and fruit teas. I like their matcha lattes varieties too, the mango matcha is my fav. Tried the piña colada but that one I didn't care for because drink flavor was a bit lacking but boba was great! Overall a solid spot for boba lovers.

Don't quite understand how this place earned the stars it did as I had a horrible first experience. When you walk in, there is no one at the counter. There was one person, whom I assumed was a guest, but was actually an employee. NO GREETING. When you get to the counter, there is a bell you are noted to ring if you need help or have questions and off to the side is a table with a single tablet where you place your order. I ordered the caramel crème brûlée boba with a cheese corn dog. I got my drink first which was nothing special, especially since they claim it's their best seller. It was not sweet with barely any crème brûlée. Concord really needs to step up their boba game!Then I waited almost 15 minutes for this horrible excuse of a cheese corn dog with a dinky "hot dog" inside. It looked like a vienna sausage! Sonic's corn dogs were better than this! This was after I rang the bell twice and no one from the back came out. Instead it was the "guest" sitting at one the table who came to my bell call and got me my corn dog. No plans to come back.

I am a fan of this chicken and Boba place. It is pretty consistent in the drinks and chicken realm. I prefer their dried wings over their wet wings, well that's only because I don't want to always get my hands dirty eating. As for the drinks, I enjoyed the mango lover drink, as well as the cookie cream puff drinks. I do wish that they had another side option for the drinks as all their drinks only come in one size which I guess could be seen as possibly beneficial for those who want to portion their Boba drinks. Overall I have no complaints about this restaurant pretty solid chicken wings and solid drinks and they always play good K-pop music.
I ordered ahead on the website and my order was ready exactly as promised. Super easy ordering and pick up.. The packaging for to go orders was great, especially the drinks. No spilling! I was sent a confirmation text when it was ready for pick up.We ordered a ton of different wings ($1 each for their anniversary sale). The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and not too salty. I like that the sauces were on the side to avoid soggy wings. Everyone loved the Korean Classic wings.
Wings are crispy and juicy. Definitely will be coming again.

Serving sizes were ample too! $12 for 8 wings is a steal in this inflationary time capsule.Highly recommended.*Note: They ran out of Boba when we’re there. I am sure they are working on it ?
