Great food, glad I finally stopped in. Had the chicken and waffles with country potatoes. Not sure what the sauce they included with my meal but it's soo good. Goes perfect with the chicken. Definitely coming back.

I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to try BCK. My postmaster lady, Angie, her wife is the owner. A black, female owned business...I'll support that any day. You do have to make reservations if you want to sit outside. The inside isn't open yet. We didn't know this, so we ordered our food to go and a drink while we waited. She customized our bloody Mary's for us, which were delicious!! We asked for no spicy ness and they delivered. Packed with flavor yet I could still feel my lips and my tongue. They opened up the side patio for us as we waited for our food. So cute. Plants, different seating options and adorable tables around. Ok the food- you're not coming here for healthy options, so just let that go. You're coming here for some good ole southern food. My roommate ordered "aunt lolas" which include two HUGE pieces of lightly fried snapper ( the best darn breading ever), potatoes, scrambled eggs and cheese grits! Huge portions for $15! Finally a place who does grits like they are supposed to be done. Reminds me of home in Ky! I ordered the BCK crack chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sauce is addicting- bbq mixed with some sort of secret ginger sauce. We dipped everything we could in it. We will be back to order more bloody Mary's . Next up on our list to try- shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles and fried mushrooms.

This is our go-to spot from amazing fried seafood, chicken tenders, burgers, chicken and waffles, pies, and milkshakes. I've also had their whole fried chicken, everything hand battered and made-to-order. Miss B is always in beast mode, she is doing her damn thing literally all on her own. You just can tell she pours her heart and soul into her business, her food really tastes like home. Call in orders must be paid for over the phone, which is super convenient IMO. Her crack sauce is tangy and goes well with everything. My son is obsessed with her popcorn shrimp, and the portions are just humongous. Show this Veteran some love!

Good food, good prices. Sweet potato fries are great. The burger cheese skirts is almost too big lol. Overall a solid place. Great breakfast too

Just got my favorite again- Dorothy's Revenge. Got a side of scrambled eggs with cheddar (best I've ever had) and potatoes instead of grits (just my mood today-grits are great too). It's been awhile since I've eaten here (I get up way earlier than they do LOL) and DAAAMMNNNN, I forget how good their food is! The food sh!!!!!! I can't stop saying mmmmmm while I'm eating! And their home made biscuit...I love that we have a place like this out her on the East side of the Caldecott! Love me some BCK!!! Thanks gals!!!!!!

First time customers and we are so happy and full. Take out breakfast order. Fast friendly service. My boyfriend and I ordered the big daddy and the chicken and waffle with sauce on the side. Biscuits and gravy were so good, I was sad when they were gone! Buttery biscuit and such flavor in that gravy. It came with a sausage that I was just as sad when it was gone. Chicken had good flavor and right amount of crisp. Tasted waffle dry and it was just as good with the syrup. Also it came with some other sauce that I could not stop putting on everything haha def coming back!

I've been following them on Instagram for awhile now and been wanting to check them out. Today, I finally was able to! My only regret was that I didn't stay in their awesome outdoor garden area to eat because I drove home tortured smelling the yuminess and not able to eat it! The lady who helped me at the window was really nice and friendly. The wait for my food took 10 min tops. I ordered the flaming rooster with fries and a side of crackin' sauce. Ever since I visited Nashville and tried Hattie B's, I've been searching for a hot chicken sandwich that even compares with no luck for almost 4 years. That search ended today. My spice level is a little ridiculous and things labeled spicy more times than not let me down. The flaming rooster is spicy and flavorful, the chicken is juicy and delicious and the cold pickles give it a perfect crunch. I actually wanted a side of just more pickles they were so fresh and tasty. The side of fries was large and the were great but I definitely couldn't finish them. I dipped them in the crackin' sauce which now I know why it is called that! I couldn't stop dipping and at one point truly considered drinking it. This place is amazing and I can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu! I also want to try some of their alcoholic drinks I've seen on Instagram and fried Oreos. Thank you, BCK!

Super nice people and quantity is there, unfortunately the food was not great, even if it wasn't so expensive, I'd likely not return, except they make wonderful eggs and my husband loved their fried chicken, so if you get over easy eggs, (i ordered to go so they were more over medium by the time I got home, but still tasted good) and fried chicken, you should be good to go. The worst part was the several random things, seriously over fried mushroom in my potatoes, a few bits of cellophane wrap, and something hard and unidentifiable (maybe an orange seed?), and the flavor of a flat top not well cleaned.

let me just say, if you haven't been here before, go. this place IS TO DIE FOR. the cheeseburger tasted all original, the fries were nice and hot and crispy. the sauce they serve with the food is also to die for (crack sauce). the peach italian soda tasted nice and crisp on this beautiful day. thanks !
