BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I ordered a burger and fries on their website. When it stated that my order was ready for pickup, I went to get my food. However, the staff member in the front stated that my food wasn’t ready, making up some excuse about them needing to repack the dessert item. After waiting a few more minutes, I decided to just get a refund, but Gio, the manager, stated that it couldn’t be done that day. He then told me to call them tomorrow for the refund, which kind of sounded like a load of bs. They are quick to charge you, and ask for an automatic tip, but when it comes to actually earning it, they don’t seem to put in much effort at all.

Update: I finally received a refund after three days. Since their food generally tastes decent when they actually make it, I decided to update my review a little bit.

Carol and Sally helped made our birthday party fun, enjoyable and memorable. They helped in any way they could for our Tim's 80th birthday. Thank you Bj's for making one in a lifetime experience memorable one.

Out in the area and wanted to grab something easy. The host says to self-seat confusing the working wait staff. I followed the host's instructions and then got sent back to the front. I just left since the restaurant seemed busy.

Hopefully, I have a better service experience next time. Staff have to communicate better with each other. Previously, my card got stolen here as well, and I had to cancel the card.

Everything about the service was horrible from the moment we walked in and got seated. first they brought out our appetizers first when we asked them to be brought out with all the food. we’ve been waiting over 30 min for our food. service makes or brakes the service and honestly was so disappointing.

BJ's isn't usually my go to but after a day of shopping it was perfect!! Sally provided an amazing experience and was extremely patient with our table. She kept us in the loop on the status of our order and was sure to accommodate anything we needed. Her service alone will be a reason I come back.

I ordered the salmon at BJ’s and was really impressed. It was cooked perfectly — tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned, with sides that complemented the dish nicely. The service was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for something fresh and satisfying. Great job BJ’s👍🏽

The service was a little off this time. Every step seemed to take longer than it should have. But the wait staff did its best and the meal was good.

Sally made our night! We had two little ones and she made sure that we were seated promptly. She also made sure that our food and drinks came out promptly and that our kids were taken care of. Genuine hospitality, and we will definitely be back with the hope we can see her again. Thank you, Sally!
