The bartenders are extremely rude and standoff ish..they are nicer to the regulars I'm assuming .

If I could give it a zero I would. I orderd a filé mingion and it was over salted (felt like I'm eating a spoon of salt) They replaced my filé mingion with a ribeye steak because they had no more and also they had no spices on the ribeye steak! And the food both of them took extremely long to make 0 points on everything never recommending this place. Also I had to pay full price for the meal even tho I only got the steak with fries and NOTHING else.

We always enjoy ourselves when we come to BJ's.The husband loves trying the always rotating beer selection. The portions are huge, even at lunch, big enough to share.Shared some mozzarella sticks with the little to start with. She got the chicken Parmesan and I got soup and salad.There is lots of seating but it can get busy since it is just outside the mall.

We came here to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday and had a great time. Our waitress, Sara S was super quick and so friendly and provided us AMAZING service! I’ll definitely come back here.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. First we received our full meals before we received our drinks “ 30 or more minutes” after getting our meals we asked about our drinks and they were not from the bar one Dr Pepper and two ice waters. Then after eating our food we ordered a pizookee it took 30 minutes to get it. While waiting for numerous things for an un reasonable amount of time. It was hard not see the waitresses pre occupied in the corner on cell phones chit chatting and this was not a quicks bit same corner 3 or 4 of them for over 10 minutes numerous times absolutely ridiculous. Very concerning that management would allow such behavior and service to happen.!

Came to BJs tonight, waited 20 min for a table, then proceeded to wait another 20 min as our waitress ignored us and served parties who came well after we did. Never even got a drink order in. When we told the front of house, they didn't seem to mind or care. I can't comment on the food obviously but the service is a dumpster fire.

I hate it when a restaurant is not busy, plenty of staff on hand, and tables are dirty.It took 4 sets of utensils before I received a clean set.

Arrived and was told the wait was 30-40mins. After waiting for 45, I went back to check to be told the wait would be an additional 30mins! We had already been waiting .. horrible service

If I could rate this higher than 5 I would. The food was what it usually is (which is good) AND our server was Jay, the self-proclaimed “best server” which he was, he was funny, energetic, and full of energy. He came to check up on us every so often. He was the best, please give this man a raise immediately
I ordered my appetizers and 2 drinks that took over 30 min. I gave grace as our waitress was pregnant. But when almost an hour latter my sides were not only wrong but cold. I mentioned it but but let it go then my steak was raw. Sorry 3 strikes and your out. I had to go to the bar to get my own drink. I will never go back.. Even though my food was wrong, they still charged me for it. I didn't eat a bite of it. I cut my steak. It, it was bleeding raw nasty and I put my fork into my macaroni. And cheese with bacon, which, by the way, there was no bacon and it was ice cold. That's the only bite I got. I ended up with mashed potatoes, but I ordered a baked potato so I didn't even try that it was not only the worst food. It was the worst service. The only good thing that came out of this was I met a young lady at the bar because I had to go get my own drink who was going through a really rough time? And I was able to give her a hug and make her smile. That's the only good that came through your restaurant and it wasn't through you. It was through the decency of the people that are patronage to you. Shame on you. I will never be back.

Went this past weekend had a terrible experience my food came out cold which I got I ordered the bbq burger with fries has to take my food back to get a new order than I ordered the calamari as I’m eating there was a piece of hair in my food which I notified one of the mangers which they expected me to still pay for my bill. I notified the waiter which she went to grab another manger who had an attitude and snatched the plate away from my daughter as she was eating I let them know I wasn’t paying for my food
