whenever i'm at sunvalley, i usually make a stop here for a sweet treat after my shopping trip! no, this isn't the best spot in town, but it's prices are pretty reasonable. service is relatively quick, too. i got a large (and it is LARGE.) mango passionfruit green tea w/ boba - it came out to $7-8 dollars, which is unfortunately the standard nowadays, but the size of the drink makes up for it. you can ask for less/no ice, free of charge, if you want more bang for your buck!

This place is great. Came here a while ago didn't think to make a review at the time but they always have excellent customer service! Very friendly. So I came here and ordered a drink and didn't like it and went back to order a new one. I didn't say anything about it and the guy just knew I didn't like it so he made me a different drink(caramel milk tea) for free and I got to keep the original one. (Gave that one to my friend) today, I came in and they have these Sanrio character tumblers they are super cute had to buy a couple! It's hard to find great tasting boba places that have a lot of zero sugar options for my fiance and I and we LOVE BOBA. we would have to go out of our way for a decent one. Not any more!! this place is our go to when we are in town from now on Thank you so much Boba N Me we will deff be coming back soon!

Boba shops have come and gone in Sunvalley--I remember before Boba N Me was here, a different boba shop was in its place before closing-- so I didn't have high expectations for a shop I haven't heard of before. I was surprised that the first time I came to try it out, the drinks were very flavorful. Not watered down or too much milk. We ordered the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, Avocado Smoothie, and the Matcha Brown Sugar. The boba itself was also a nice, chewy texture. Prices for our drinks were all under $6 each, which is pretty typical. Service was good and we got our drinks out within a few minutes. There are a few tables and chairs to sit and have your drink and you can grab as many straws and napkins as you need at the front counter.

The service was good. Cashier was nice and the drinks were pushed out really fast. I had the Taro Smoothie, it did not have enough Taro and it just tasted like milk. Not very sweet. Ambiance is kind of chaotic, since you're at a mall so I would give them a pass on that. HOWEVER, pay attention to your credit card statements. I had a charge on there that was not mine. It seemed like they put the next person's order on my card. I had to dispute it.

The service was fine. However, my wife and I both purchase the Mango And passion fruit ice tea. I don't know why but we got really sick. We tried calling them and no answer. Maybe the water is contaminated or they did t wash their hands. But we were both nauseous and wanted to puke after we drank our Drink. I don't recommend this place!
