This is my favorite place I have always come to eat here with friends and family but this time it was the worst service I have had I don't remember her name the waitress since we sat at the table was very rude and even made a mistake with an order and still came out rude as if it were our fault I have been a waiter and even if you have a bad day you always have to have a very good attitude with all your customers, but the food as always very perfect

Stopped by an early afternoon to get some takeout food. The person waiting on us didn't know anything about the burgers. Got a burger, some fries. Some onion rings. Chicken wings. Food was really good. Burger was huge. It was a little disappointed the girl didn't know about the burgers cuz the one I got ended up being a triple. I the only wanted a double. Besides that, the experience was okay. Place was empty about six or eight people in there. Food was good.

I'm speechless. I'm shocked! I can't believe I paid $12 for this. I thought I was getting real chicken. It all looked so disgusting. And the truth? I didn't dare taste it. This is the craziest thing I've ever experienced.

Food was not worth the cost. I got mango habanero wings and my husband got a beef sandwich. The picture looked better than it tasted. Service was quick. The thing that really put off our meals was a large family was seated with two large tables in the middle and we were next to them in a booth. The parents expected the two tween girls to handle the four little kids which they did not. The kids ran around the restaurant, climbing in booths, and going behind the register area. It's a safety hazard when service workers are bringing hot meals. Come here if this is the kind of place you need for your family as everyone has different needs/wants. However, I will not be back.

Honestly, the food was disgusting. I remembered why I refused to eat here, the food was HORRIBLE. And apparently, speaking to one of the waitresses, everything is prepackaged and is heated up the way the directions say to. That's probably why the chicken was hard and stale, no BBQ sauce on it, garlic parmesean wings has anything but garlic OR parmesean... the mac n cheese was decent, it's shells and white cheddar, not orange colored/general mac n cheese cheese. The only good part was the game playing... so bad, I asked the waitress if the chef was high, which is when she told me the truth about the food and how its 'made'... any time I tried to get attention for a menu, or even order, they'd make eye contact and walk the other way. When my brother tried calling them over, they'd roll their eyes... I was sitting for 10 minutes trying to get a menu...
The service was horrible we got our fries that we ordered with our boneless wings before we got our appetizer which we waited 30mins which was only chips and salsa the drinks were watered down and the chicken was so salty and the wait staff was rude I’ll never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings in Concord ever

This parking lot is not safe! My car got broken into two cars from the entrance of the restaurant! I requested surveillance and the manager said they don’t have access to cameras. The type people that the restaurant that it attracts are ghetto. So often lots of thief’s and thugs are brought to the area waiting for you to dine so they can smash and grab. I also had nothing in my car that was visible. I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you are willing to pay for any vandalism damage that your insurance does not cover. I will no longer go to Buffalo Wild Wings and will either watch the games at my home or a different bar.

Food was great, we always come here because of the servers but today it was bad. The greeter today at 7:30-8 pm was with her face and our server Alysha didnt even checked on us after our food was served, we wanted another drink but due to her not checking in killed our vibe to do so. she was passing by all the time and not even say anything. We were at booth 83 but receipt states table was 172/1 at 8:05 pm we paid.I usually dont put anyone on blast but this server was very unprofessional, my husband stated she looked at him and made a bad face to him which made us leave. She checked in with the other tables she was serving but skipping us, passed by and threw us the receipt without even saying how was everything, here is your receipt! Nothing! I work at customer service and this has been the worst experience! If they dont like working there they should stay home. We were happy to come all the way from pitssburg to concord due to a specific server, i wish i knew her name to advise how she can put the example. Worst server i ever met, not even a thank u have a nice day. Last time i come here.

5 stars for the gentleman at the to go counter on 4/1/25. Around 3pm. Super kind & helpful. The wings really lacked any seasoning and were disappointing but his service may motivate me to give another shot. Thank u
