We ate at Sunvalley Mall Concord, it’s our first time, sorry to say this, the chicken burger are too much toasted and nothing much meat only flour, the soda tastes weird. Not only the food. THE Sanitary, They USED To wipe the dirty washcloth on their prep table and then wipe to another prep table they make cross contamination. NEVER EVER TO EAT AGAIN! 👎 real talk

Watch them make your food!!! UNSANITARY All I have to say is lady employee with blonde hair didn’t change her gloves at all!! I didn’t even eat there and watching from a far I seen her washing her hands with the gloves on TWICE! 10 months ago someone left a comment about the glove situation. Means they don’t care.

Came here wanted to order food. They would even acknowledge me at the counter while it took two of them to make one order. Then I tried to ask was that a hot dog that they just made and no one could answer the question back to men in English they just kept saying combo or no combo. They need to hire people who can speak English properly

The worker did not change the gloves and he washes them, and this is a mistake. They are not changed between one order and the next. The order is taken by hand and the fries were served cold. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will say this to all my friends.

Found this place because it was rated 5 stars, I didn't expect it to be in a mall. Hot dog was good, It was better than I would have expected for food at the mall.
The self-service touch menu is a little confusing, some parts of the menu charge you for extra toppings while others don't.
Good for if you are already at the mall.

Wow. Who would have guessed. Excellent pizza at Red Robin! I ordered the large pizza with just cheese and green olives. It was thin, reasonably crispy, and tasted amazing. I sat in the bar area. My service was ultrafast and the server was very friendly. I ate a bit early, 4:45 on a Sunday, so there weren't many people in the restaurant. The dining room was clean and bright and spacious. The men's room was clean and had plenty of paper towels.
