Big Kahuna
A large portion of thinly sliced roast beef, sauteed onions, melted cheddar cheese, grilled on Texas Toast and creamy horseradish spread. Yummy! If you don't like horseradish; its just as good with mayo. Make a swap.

We have used their catering service recently for a PD day and the service and process was phenomenal! The food was great and the set up and break down went so smoothly!

We will absolutely be using them again.

I ordered a dine in- create your own tuna salad sandwich and was given the wrong bread & cheese. I also was told to pay for my chips after I got my food, that i didn't gett a combo. The food was filling and maybe next time the server will get my order correctly

The prime rib Holiday meal was excellent. Chef has catered to Rossmoor residents in the past for different holidays. It is always excellent. I wanted a nice dinner for my visiting family members and since I can no longer put out a good meal for them Chef Michael does it for me. Several courses all delicious! Thank you for making my entertaining so special.
