The service was slow, with a wait of over 20 minutes for drinks and 30 minutes for our food. We opted for the empanada trio, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The meats lacked flavor, and the rice arrived cold. We also tried their renowned fish tacos, only to find them drowning in batter with a noticeable absence of flavor. Regrettably, the food failed to deliver an authentic Mexican taste. It's evident that the restaurant needs to redirect its efforts towards improving both food quality and service efficiency. On a positive note, the horchata stood out as a highlight amidst an otherwise lackluster dining experience. Overall, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Loved our delivery of Chile Relleno, asada tacos and plantains. The sauces that came with nachos are fresh and flavorful. The spicy sauce is SPICY (happy spicy as my tolerance for spice levels are high).

I recently tried the food from this place when a friend brought home take-out. I was impressed by adding just a few bucks more you get double-sized steak burrito that can be split in half for a full-sized burrito! Unfortunately, the quality of the burrito was disappointing. The steak left much to be desired - it was tough, and the lettuce was noticeably stale. The entire burrito lacked seasoning, making it quite bland. The nachos were a letdown too, with minimal toppings and a disappointingly soggy texture upon arrival. The corn in a cup seemed far from fresh and appeared to have been sitting out for a while; there was a shortage of cheese and sauce. Overall, I found better Mexican food options elsewhere. This isn't the worst Mexican food I've had - no stomach aches whatsoever. This place seems to cater to a more generic taste, lacking the authentic flavors one might expect.

Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I was hit with a trifecta of unfortunate events ordering from here.1. I ordered online directly from their website. 20 minutes later, I arrive at the restaurant to pick up my order, only to find out that they hadn't even started on my order yet, because they "just finished up some other orders." The restaurant was completely empty, so I don't believe that for a second.2. I left to kill some time before heading back again 15 min later, where I found out they *still* hadn't started on my order because they don't serve the meat option I chose for my burrito. Then why have it as a selection when ordering? And this entire time, why not just give me a call to let me know? I had to enter my phone number when ordering online anyway, so they could've called at any point!3. I come back 10 min later and finally pick up my food, and when I finally bite into it, not only is it cold, the tortilla is soggy! They clearly had it sitting out for the entire time I was waiting while they were confirming the meat choice, instead of preparing it fresh. I waited almost an hour for a cold, mediocre burrito. Not to mention their tortilla chips were stale and salsa cups only half full.What a disappointment and a waste of time.
