Just a cool dive bar, Karoke 4 nights a week, who could ask for.more?!

The only bar I go to. The bartenders are excellent, and the owner is a far-out guy.
They're all friendly, fun and great conversationalists. To choose a place for a cold drink, a bag of Lays, good company, karaoke, and a place to getaway, it would be this bar and I wouldn't have it any other way. Cheers 🍻🥂

Still one of the happiest places on Earth! I love this place so much it hurts! Fantastic owner, incredible staff, wonderful karaoke, dope customers. I've never found a bar that felt this much like home! I love you Captain's Chest. I WILL BE BACK!!

The owner who happens to looks like Tom selleck in his prime😉 was one of the most accommodating people I have ever met! The drinks tasted like they came directly from a resort in the Maldives! There were great vibes all around and I will definitely be coming back to California just to get a glimpse of the owner.❤️

We go here for karaoke night. Jess is Fantastic at what she does. She remembers everyone's name, greets them when they come in and recruits people to try their hand at the mic. I recommend going on a Friday or Saturday for a party.
They have $5 bottled beers, while hard alcohol will run you closer to $10.

It's a dive bar. The flooring is old. The booths smell like urine. The clientele is eclectic. But that's the vibe.

They have bagged chips behind the bar, but you can bring food from outside. Grab some bao buns and a beer and go belt your heart out here.

Parking: It's a strip mall / shopping center. The bar is in the corner of the property. I've never struggled for parking, but with karaoke starting at 9pm, you can park over by petco/trader joes and walk over.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking outside of the bar. It's a zero entry property with low booths to sit at. The bathrooms are single occupy and large. The only issue might be the hallways and entry it's pretty tight. However, I've seen several people with walkers come through and have a good time.

Chris the bartender did an awesome job dealing with 3 drunks who refused to leave at last call and were highly aggressive with him.He was firm yet respectful while they screamed at him (especially the guy) using slurs and accusing him of being misogynistic towards women (as he wouldn't let them get their way). They were making comments as to how they were so much more intelligent than him and putting him down but he stayed calm way beyond where I would have (Love it when people think they're the smartest person around).The guy was getting really physically aggressive (over 5 minutes before 0200Hrs) until I stepped in to stop it (I'm not a small guy).Its a shame we don't require maturity cards in addition to ID cards. Please if you have a superiority complex (believing you are better than everyone else) go somewhere else where they will coddle you like your mommy does. This is a blue collar bar with good salt-of-the-earth people.Karaoke nights are awesome!P.S. Good job Chris.
