Friday night we walked into concord Chick Fil A, and there were many police officers there I think for the hoard of teens that were loitering, there were so many unruly teens running around. They were not courteous they were loud and rude, pushing there way in wherever they wanted, it was obvious that many were not customers and just loitering, I started to feel very uncomfortable, at that moment I realized that I would never return to that restaurant. I hope the management and the city does get that situation under control

I think that the staff, who take your order are very friendly, but lately I'm, disliking the food last time my sandwich feels to dry the chicken and I don't know if they forgot the lettuce, tomato cause mind was a really sad sandwich and wasn't that good.

It was OUR PLEASURE visiting Chick Fil A tonight! Had a 25+ group come in within the hour of closing and Tony, Megan, Yaritsa, and the rest of the closers gave us top notch service!! They were patient with our big group order, gave us coupons, and even filled up our drinks before we left! Big love for Chick Fil A!! ❤️🔥🐄🫶

Quick and fast service. This location is pretty busy and parking can be challenging. Also, it’s located in a shopping center so be patient when coming in as there’s traffic going in all directions. However, with the crowd the staff seems to manage just fine. Quick organized ordering, and the food comes out promptly. The quality is good at this location Plus added bonus free specialty drinks on your birthday!
