My wife and I were hoping to make Chili’s our regular date night spot, but after tonight, we’ve decided to look for another restaurant.
We started by ordering the blanco queso, but they brought us the regular cheese dip with meat. We don’t eat meat, so that was already a letdown. Then, my veggie black bean burger came out with cold fries. I asked if I could get them replaced, and the server said yes, but never came back with fresh ones. When I asked again, he told me the cook said those fries were the best they could do. Honestly, I don’t believe cold fries are the best anyone can do.
We left feeling disappointed. It just wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.
This post is specifically for yesterday 07/03 got to Chilis at 920pm they did not attend to us because they said they close at 10 we were a party of five. My husband, me and our 3 sons.

I stopped by your Concord location today and ordered the Triple Dipper to-go, based on the great things I’d heard. I didn’t eat it until I got home to Vallejo, but when I did, I found the entire meal to be extremely salty — from the burger to the wings to the cheese sticks. Unfortunately, it was so salty that it was completely inedible, and I ended up having to throw it away.
Given the distance, it wasn’t practical to drive all the way back just to return it, but I was really disappointed with the quality.
I’ve been trying to contact the store regarding this issue and, as I write this, no one has answered the phone. I was at the store at 2:04 PM, and it’s now 6:49 PM. Despite multiple attempts over the past hour, I haven’t been able to reach anyone.
This situation is incredibly frustrating—not only was I unable to consume my food, but I also can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Name on order Nioki i ordered at the togo station
