Staff are not doing their best. More than 15min for a table. Time 8pm. Waitress sat at the end of a table of ten and put the utensils and napkins there for us to pass down. When the table was full of dirty dishes I asked the waitress to remove them. She walked away

Went to chili's in concord ca. I had order the top sirloin 6oz, fries, and mac & cheese and when I got it my steak was the way I ordered it but it was dry and fatty,and the mac& cheese was really runny it was soup it tasted awful 😖 04/27/25

Upon arrival around 5pm, I was seated immediately. Although there wasn’t much of a wait time we waited for our food for quite some time. I had ordered the Chilis Triple Dipper (Nashville Mozz., Nashville Honey Tenders, and Smash Sliders) and the Big Smasher Burger. Before my food arrived i expected it to be at least somewhat hot but to my surprise it was tasted as if it were thrown in the microwave or had sitting out for too long. Besides that Id say it was an alright last minute...
