Unfortunately this is the 3rd time that my burrito has been more gristle than edible steak. There's no excuse for consistently poor quality food. The employees are great, very fast and efficient, but the food quality is disappointing.

On April 1, 2025, around 9:30 PM, we visited this location. Despite having an hour and a half until closing, the staff was already cleaning up. There were three employees present, and we waited for a few minutes before one of them finally approached us.
After placing our order, my brother noticed that the sour cream looked old and watery. He politely asked for a fresh replacement, but they ignored his request and used the same sour cream. When we went to pay, the manager was at the register. My brother apologized and mentioned, “I know it’s the end of the night, but the sour cream looks old and unappetizing.” Instead of addressing the concern professionally, she responded, “You should say it in a nicer way.”
My sister then replied, “You have to be nice so we can be nice to you,” and added, “As a manager, you should be professional and not speak to customers like that.” The manager claimed she was being nice because she provided a free side of sour cream. My sister, who previously worked at Chipotle, pointed out that sour cream is already free. The manager dismissively replied, “That was six years ago—things have changed.”
At that point, she became aggressive, raising her voice in front of other customers. I calmly asked her to be more professional, reminding her that she was the manager. Instead of diffusing the situation, she raised her hand in my face to silence me and said, “You be quiet.” This was completely uncalled for. Upset by her behavior, I told my siblings to leave the food and walk out. As we left, she told us to “get out.”
When my brother returned to ask for her name, she refused to provide it and said, “I refuse to serve you. Get off my property, or I’ll call the cops.”
Following the incident, my sister contacted customer service and submitted a complaint through the website. She was assured the issue would be addressed within 24-48 hours. However, when they followed up, they simply asked what we wanted them to do. They claimed they reviewed the security footage and “didn’t see anything.”
Seriously, Chipotle? This is how you handle customer concerns? Your staff can mistreat and humiliate customers, and you do nothing? This is completely unacceptable and shameful.

I order from this Chipotle multiple times a week but never again. I placed an online pickup order but they had no record in their system. I showed them proof of my order and payment but Kira Soares and Justin Vaughn offered 0 support.

After so many messups at this location, I’ve gotta share the advice to just never do a mobile order here.
The mobile orders always come with like 1/3 of the portions of an in-person order, they ALWAYS forget the chips (or the chips are stale), and this last order I put in, they forgot the guac on both of my burritos.
This last part is not their fault, but my order said it was ready - when I went inside to pick it up, they told me it had been stolen and they had to remake it.

Don't waste your time with this location, drive down the street to a different Chipotle. This one has terrible service and gross food compared to other locations I frequent. 4 times in a row now I have waited over an hour in store for an order I placed online. They prioritize people in store instead of those who order ahead for pick up. Save yourself the disappointment.

Service sucks. I don’t care attitude among the most of the servers. They say they are out of something and sell the substitute, a second later, they replenish it, but it is already too late to fix it because it’s your fault that you didn’t come in two seconds later.

We have eaten at this location probably 5 times in the last few months as we just moved to the area. It has been shocking every time the lack of courtesy from the staff, the dirty dining area and food quality. A couple weeks ago we had food poisoning from this location and yesterday we attempted it again and were shocked my the lack of cleanliness behind the counter and around the whole store. Every table was full of food and trash and the floors were covered in food. We will avoid this location from now on.

This place was a mess. Ice overflowing out of the machine and on the ground. Trash all over the counter, no straws, the lids had something spilled all over them. The employees were not friendly, and when I ordered guacamole, they gave less than one scoop but charged me for it. When you charge for it to be extra, at least give a full scoop.
