Walked into this place 730 on a Friday night. Pretty empty, but there were a few folks. The girls behind the counter were very efficient and helpful. I bought a Carne Asada burrito. Asked for hot sauce and salsa. The burrito was really dry, and there was a whole lot of extra seasoning on the meat. It gave me one of the worst cases of indigestion I’ve ever had. I had to take a bunch of ant acids before I went to bed and drink some milk.
The people that worked there were nice, but the prices were through the ceiling and the food wasn’t great. You’re much better off at a local family on Taqueria. I will definitely not return.

Leilani was such a gem💎I hadn’t been in forever and had no clue what I wanted, she was so patient and helpful explaining things beyond my request, then I felt I was holding the line n she was like, don’t worry! Sure enough, another rep came over n helped her out, the place was nice n orderly, music was vibing n not too loud, very great experience!!! Small amount of meat n 6bucks for extra but she was still great!!!

Had a horrible experience here. Ramon was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked into the door. As he finished making my bowl he flipped the silver lid over to seal my bowl and a bunch of food that was on the counter fell off of the lid and into my bowl due to him rushing. (With no reason to rush. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant). I let him know very nicely and was going to recommend just scraping off the top of the bowl but before I was able to say anything he got mad and aggressively threw the bowl in the garbage then proceeded to to make a new bowl, again very rushed and even ruder than before. I cannot believe this man is a manager here and I’m sure I am not the only customer treated rudely by him. I do not trust the food, and do not like the service here so I will not be back. Again his name was Ramon. If you go here and he is serving, turn around and leave.

dined in. Service was quick, the workers were efficient and friendly and inside was clean. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of seating. This location is in a pretty busy area, there’s a parking structure across the street and some street parking nearby. I enjoyed my sofritas bowl and it was a little over $15 and lasts me about 2 meals. I got it with white rice, black beans, pico, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and guac. I like to add the green Tabasco. They don’t do lemon anymore and they have water cups!

This place gives the best portions you can get at a Chipotle, this place is 100% better than the one at Ygnacio Road where they give you the portions of a toddler
They don't put chicken in the meal I bought. They want everything extra. I mean they don't even put the normal amount in. They charge you extra for avocado. I will never buy from this place again and I will never prefer it. I literally paid $20 for a meal.

I am a regular guest. I encountered this for the first time. When you ask for a double portion, they pretend they don't hear you. They don't report it, they don't explain it in any way, they only reported it at the request of one employee, a guy who was standing nearby. Unpleasant attitude towards guests... It's a pity

generally pretty good, i’ve had a couple bad experiences, but nothing too major. i’ve been coming every couple weeks for the last year, sometimes more, sometimes less. most of the employees are in their early twenties and are friendly enough. they give normal/acceptable proportions compared to other locations, at least, in my experience. it can be hit or miss, but just use your manners with them. the inside seems clean and every time i come, they always have someone taking care of it, which is good to see. overall, not a bad location, at least not for me.
