So bad, the portions were horrible, I don't recommend coming here as of now, the new workers feed you like your some kid, just look at this picture, looks like it missing half its body

Employees were nice and interior looked clean. Portions are good but wet ingredients were kept WAY too cold. Sour cream and salsa made the bowl seem like it was pulled out the freezer. The vinaigrette was even gelatinous due to how cold it was.I asked for extra mild salsa, with corn and hot salsa. Dude put 3 scoops of hot salsa, and my bowl was barely eatable do to how spicy it was. Only reason for the extra star is kindness and the fact that the bowl is 80 cents cheaper than the location in my area.

Just had the worst experience of any chipotle I've ever been to.Ordered two orders of tacos, one chicken, one steak. Both were cold, but the steak was extremely overcooked. Dry, hard, terrible. This meat should have been discarded and a new batch should have been made. Completely unacceptable.

Food is the standard chipotle recipes so that’s decent, nothing surprising there. What was surprising is the fantastic customer service. Very attentive and kind personnel. The location is very chill and quiet, fantastic for family. Definitely coming back soon.

I went to the restaurant and I was waiting in line with no one in front of me and got served 5 minutes later. Workers are very lazy and barely give u any food with your meal. There products are very poor and they don’t taste good. The food is terribly seasoned and their products are the worst thing ever. I would give 0 stars across the board if I could. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The manager working Sunday 1/18/24 was rude and condescending and is losing business for the company. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

So you can't take your eyes off the workers making your food or you won't get what you wanted. It's just a fact of life at chipotle, so they do a good job if you watch them. That being said they were closed yesterday with no information given which is annoying so they get four stars. But this is a minimum wage paying job, you can't expect 5 out of 5 stars, and like I said watch them the entire time make your food so you get what you want exactly.

I got a bowl with Carne asada. That was mostly fat rubbery meat. I think 3 pieces taste of real meat. It was absolutely horrible. My first and last time!
