Omg the workers here are so damn rude. Big dude working the line was talking crap in Spanish as he was making my food the whole time. He deserved to be FIRED. I will NEVER waste my time here EVER again. Jesus. If you hate your job so much QUIT.

Very bad service, 2 customer waiting for about 10 minutes to be attended, staff are angry with everyone, very rude ladies. First and last time visiting this Restaurant.

This is the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to, and they get the orders wrong constantly. I refuse to eat here. My family keeps going back and it is a mess every time. Who is in charge here?

I got food poisoning here from eating the honey chicken.
A lot of the time I come here, the food is old or has been sitting here too long. Countless times the chips are stale and I don’t even notice until I’m all the way home. It sucks.

I hate to have to drive further out of my way but this particular location lacks quality that badly. Do better!

Went on a Saturday afternoon and had a great experience. All the options were fully stocked, they made the entrees perfectly, and the portions were just right that were served by the staff. Quick service as well. Compared to other chipotles I’ve been, this was a really nice experience for once so had to leave a review!

Gave it a try and Asked for extra chicken and she only got 2 more small pieces. Side note no good energy not even a hi / welcome in. It's not worth it I'm not coming back

The food and cleanness was amazing, but one of the workers were very rude and kept looking at me and my kids while eating because of the water cups. She interrupted us while eating saying we would have to pay for 2 medium cups? i didn’t understand what was going on but i went inside to pay and even the other workers in there were confused i do not recommend if you want somewhere peaceful the location in pittsburgh is so much better.

4/16/25 around 3:30 I came in and was helped by “Cynthia” not sure if that is her real name. Older Latina lady, very nasty attitude. Will not be back

I recently had a terrible experience here. One person working the line with customers waiting in line out of the door. The entire staff was prioritizing mobile orders. Forgot to run my card for a drink, which held the line even longer. I told them to forget the drink. I enjoy Chipotle, or well I used to. Dinner for 2 was $50. Will not be going back.

Whoever that condescending old lady who works there is- she needs to be fired. Every time that I have gone, Cynthia has had this nasty tone. It seems as though she doesn’t enjoy her own job that she willingly signed up for so I suggest she quits and spares us customers the annoyance.
