I love it my child enjoy all the time in there
Concord's Chucky E Cheese has been the cleanest and nicest of all sites we have been too. Keep it up !
Have been two other branches of the same but this seems to be more clean and organized. Good for kids esp parties 😊🎃
Not enough employees. Lines to long and wait time for the food is forever.
Nice staff, the games are new and good vibes

My grandkids always have fun when we come. It's really for young people. It gets pretty hot in there. But all in all, see my grandkids happy is worth it.
Salad bar needs to be fresher , pizza good as always ,but the place felt a little sad ...
Great place to hold biryhday parties, for kids!
I attended a family member’s child’s birthday once at this location. Tables are clean, employees are friendly and courteous. The pizzas taste are addicting that I felt bad eating so much slices. Salad Bar is great. Games are available and working, bathrooms are in good shape. Overall experience is really good as a guest.
We had a great time. Also customer service was excellent too.

More catered to 5 and under, my son was little older for the attractions
Having celebrated my daughter's fifth birthday at this venue, I must admit that while the children enjoyed themselves immensely, the experience was not entirely pleasant for me as a parent, and I have decided against hosting another party here. I am unsure what occurred on that particular Sunday, but it seemed that many items were unavailable. For instance, they were out of pepperoni for the pizza, and even spoons, which made enjoying ice cream a bit challenging. The pizza itself appeared somewhat uneven. Furthermore, they were out of bone-in chicken, and consequently, the barbecue sauce I had ordered was unavailable, resulting in buffalo wings being served instead. My guests also mentioned that the appetizers were served cold. The servers on duty seemed overworked due to a shortage of staff, as they mentioned that three people had called in sick. It was evident that there were insufficient staff members present. I would like to commend Neomi, though I may be misspelling her name, for her commendable efforts in making the best of the situation. She maintained a positive attitude despite having to manage multiple responsibilities. I do appreciate the venue's setting, and the games and the jumper were great. The large screen and the showroom's light-up floor were particularly enjoyable for the children. Overall, I believe the experience could have been improved. . I often find myself attributing these kinds of issues to management. The weekend's operations seemed poorly managed, leading to a shortage of a primary menu item. I should also mention that some of the toys offered as rewards for turning in tickets were unavailable. In fact, more than one toy was out of stock. Despite having several on display, the individually wrapped toys, which were given out, were the ones that were out of stock. Just a heads-up, to the parents! I had more to say, but I didn't bother with the little things. I told you the important stuff.
Went today for the first time at this location. Kinda seemed dirty in there & the AC either was broken or something cause it was hot & sweaty in there. It was crowded and felt congested. Everything felt so close together. Even the birthday tables and the dance floor seemed too close together. Everyone was touching elbows. Seemed so dark and sad in there.
Also, Some of the games & the picture booth which me and my kids love, wasn’t working so that sucked. It’s tradition to take one every Chuck E. Cheese trip.
There was always a long line at the register. Let’s just say, I’ll continue to go to my normal Chuck E. Cheese in Brentwood.
I purchased the Best Birthday Package with the expectation that the assigned host would provide smooth service and ensure the party went well. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and did not reflect the premium price I paid.
Some of the issues we faced:
• The assigned host did not seem trained or prepared to manage the party.
• Guests began arriving and the table was still not ready.
• The host forgot to place the birthday child’s name on the table.
• The candle I personally brought was broken before use.
• The cake was not ready on time; it wasn’t brought from the fridge, which led to the birthday song being delayed and not signed properly.
• Other children, who were not invited, joined our table without any coordination from staff.
Overall, the quality of service fell far short of what was promised and what I expected for the amount I paid.
One of the better locations. Pizza is fresh plenty of variety games for all ages from trampoline and maze(10a day pass) to video and arcade games. Lots of space and staff very friendly and most important not a single game out of order and staff are great. Recommend going during week between 11-4pm as less crowded.
