We had 30 minutes of unlimited play in the arcade which was pretty cool aside from the fact that you only get about 3-9 tickets each game but overall that, the costumer service was the WORST thing about this place. We waited about 10 minutes for the girl to show so that we can redeem our prizes and once she did come she was a bit rude. It’s not that bad but next time we are definitely going to Dave and busters.

Trampoline area (there are 3 trampoline squares inside):- $15 with any game purchase or $25 without a game purchase. Your child(ren) will get a wrist band and a pair of non-slip socks (they're required in order to jump).- unlimited jump time- must be UNDER 52"..... this is NOT posted on their menu/pricing sign (above the registers). We found out about the height requirements after we paid and went to the trampoline area (which was locked most of the time). Their staff was not informing the customers of this rule either, so they ended up having to refund people because their kid was over 52".I know the trampoline area is new, but they need better signage at the registers for the height requirements. And also, a sign at the trampoline area on when they are going to unlock it (since it was locked most of the time) because it seems like they were just randomly opening it up whenever they felt like it, then closing it up. Maybe a sign that says "we will open at x:xxpm for our next xx minute jump session" or something like that! When we first got there we asked the staff could they open it, they would say "I don't know where the key is" or "hold on" and pretty much ignored you after.

Growing up going to Chuck E Cheese, I didn't expect much. However this place just had a grand re-opening and it was really fun not only for kids, but also adults! I think I played just as many games as the kids did. The tickets are now e-tickets that save to the game card so that's much easier then the old token and physical tickets model.

I had my daughter’s first birthday party here. First I want to start off on how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with the service and overall experience. I reserved my party from 3-5 pm & I asked the workers how early i could come to set up they told me 2:45 which is the time I came in to set up , but the other party right next to me had to same party time but they were setting up around 2:20 pm because I was watching them setup & wondering why I couldn’t set up early as well since my table was ready also . Which i think is unfair because why should another party get 30 plus minutes to set up and i only got 15? Also i reserved my party 2 months before hand and i had a bigger party 15 kids and about 30 adults . They told me they were not going to be able to have the food ready within the 2 hour time frame of my party ? I ordered originally 14 pizzas and 4 kids pizzas as well as some appetizers. I ended up only ordering 6 pizzas because they said they could only get ONE out at a time . How am i coming to a party where i can’t bring my own food and you bring out the pizzas one by one so not everyone could eat together and by the time we got our food it was 4:40pm and my party was over in 20 min. On top of that they forgot 2 pizzas that i had to get refunded for . Also they did the birthday show at 4:45 and by then i couldn’t even open the presents for everyone to see. I spent a lot of money on this party and didn’t even get anything out of it really . None of the kids could eat together nor adults, my pizzas were forgotten , they couldn’t accommodate or do anything . On top of that the manager was very rude and just simply didn’t care that the food wasn’t gonna be ready . I didn’t even get the party hats that came for the kids that came included with my party . And also it would be nice if i spent 1000 dollar plus & they couldn’t let me know i can redeem points for future visits , a business like that should be doing these things to help customers . It’s a point for every dollar ? I could’ve made plenty of visits after . I’m overall disappointed with this experience & really sad because it was my daughters 1st birthday and i couldn’t even count on the business to make sure their end was good, I could’ve just brought my own food at that point

I'm honestly surprised, the pizza is actually pretty good stuff. Well lit and not outrageously noisy even with a full house.

The place would be great if it’s full staff, I can’t believe a girl coming from the kitchen, ushered us and also works as cashier.

1st time back after the pandemic. It was clean but everything has went up. Be prepared to spend more coming here. It's small inside. Bathrooms were clean. STAFF was really nice.

This was a nicer than normal chucky cheese. It was cleaner than most. It's games were all working and it was in good repair. Fun for the whole family. I recommend this place, we had a lot of fun.

Chuck e cheese actually sucks after they removed the play place. Its now just an over priced arcade where everything is digital. It lost its charm and looks and feels very depressing.

I will say the Pro is that it is clean and the bday party process is awesome for the kids. At the end of the day, the kids had fun. So that's good. For the adults, this place is a nightmare - don't do birthday parties here. My husband summarized it perfectly that it was the Spirit Airlines of kids venues. You have to pay extra for every little thing. And they were literally out of EVERYTHING. - Son couldn't get a birthday crown bc they were out (a bunch of other kids were wearing them)- Out of lemonade and punch, the only options i would choose outside of water. Offered soda and said i can't give 5-8 year olds pitchers of soda- The adult pizzas and appetizer platter never came out and my husband and I had to go into the kitchen at least 3 times to ask where our food was. The large appetizer sampler came out with 4 wings!!!- I asked for paper cups for the adults and was told I had to pay $3 each- They were out of everything in the prize case. Parents as you know that time up there is stressful, so when you're told that things are out is ridiculous. They couldn't even open the display to grab the gift there.- Don't bother ordering adult beverages. No one there is over 21 to serve you. This place was way too expensive for such terrible service and being out of everything. I will NEVER go back to host a birthday party.
