The worst Cinnabon franchise, the staff was horrible, especially the person whose name is Mark very rude and not friendly at all. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I will never come back to this place. I would rather go to Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton the staff was so nice and welcoming.

On 7/6/25 at around 6pm, sent my son to Cinnabon at Sun Valley Mall. I get the usual. Pecan bun with extra pecans. Today, I noticed right away that the Cinnabon was extremely pale as in not cooked all the way. At 1st bite, I was right! It was a mushy dough! So disgusting! I trashed it right away! I won't be back until employees are trained correctly by management asap!

The truth is I didn't like it, today we went, I bought the box with 15 cinnamon rolls, and they weren't from today. I got home and when I received them they were 1 or more days old. The truth is they should be honest and say that they are not newly made and if that's how customers want them, they should give them cheaper. And now they are just made at normal pressure. Very bad truth.
