The meals and service were above our expectations. We really enjoyed the vibes of this place. Great place to take the family out for dinner.
Very good food and service was great
Each time my husband and I have ever had a meal there on special occasions, it's always been a extremely extraordinary dining experience. The staff are very helpful and hospitable, the food is impeccable and the ambience is very elegant and classy. It's our top favorite upscale restaurant. They're a tough act to follow and hard shoes to fill.
I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I have to say the service is always good and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Pricing is reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.
My friends and I go here often! We love the service. The food is pretty great, and at a convenient price. Drinks are always on point.
Food portions are large and delicious. Definitely worth the price. Been there several times and all the staff are friendly. Can be a little noisy at times.
Went for business lunches back to back. the bread is fantastic and generous. Something for everyone at the table.
Went here for Valentine's Day. The bathroom was very dirty!! No tissue and lots of paper towels on the floor. We had a reservation at 7:30 was happy that we were seated before our time. The waiter was good and kept our drinks full. The food was ok. My mac n cheese was cold and didn't have the crumbles on top like it said it would. My loaded baked potato was fabulous! The steak was ok jus didn't seem as hot as it should've been had a lot of fat! My friend ordered the Pork belly burger his meat was rare, he asked for well done. The waiter took it back once the food came back some items on the burger was missing so that was disappointing...lots of items that were posted online wasn't on the menu it was quite confusing. I'd probably go back just to a different location.
Claim Jumper is a chain of virtually identical restaurants and this one is no different (on the inside) than any of its other identical brethren. The food is good (mid-grade or better class of food) and pricing is similarly mid-grade. Accessibility to the restaurant is fairly good, although traffic can be a little congested at certain times of the day.
I have always loved going here and have recommended my friends to go and try certain foods. For my grandson 2nd birthday we went to Claim Jumper in Concord on Feb. 8th., and it was horrible. First, they said my daughter didn't have a reservation and that was finally solved after 30 minutes and then we was seated. Took 40 minutes to get water and bread without anyone ever saying one time we'll be with you to take everyone orders. Kids are complaining they're hungry. Food finally comes out and it's cold already. Sends it back and now that takes an additional 30 minutes. To top it all off we split the bill and we all are charged 18 percent gratuity. Don't get me wrong I don't mind leaving tips, but not in this case. Don't know what happened, but that night was not there best night and it makes me not want to ever go back

Finest food, very nice staff members, constantly good vibes. They charge affordable rates and the food quality is great. Highly recommended.
Had a very good time. Party of 12 and Mitch took care of us just fine. Everything tasted great. We called ahead and reserved a table. The table was ready for us, even though some in our party arrived early. Great food and service.
We were seated in that long narrow room adjacent to the bar area, it was cold and we asked at least 3 different staff members if they could turn on the over head heaters, never did get heat. We ordered a glass of wine, that was poured but not brought to us for 45 minutes after we ordered it. We ordered a cheese burger, granted it was served for attending the seminar we were there for but that doesn't excuse the terrible quality of the product. Want more let me know.
This is the place friends and I have gone to the past few years to have our Holiday celebration. This year, we were incredibly disappointed in the service and food. The waitress seemed bored with us, some of our food was over cooked (pretzels somewhat burnt), and I had a bug in my cocktail (I was quickly given another drink at least). We had ordered a couple rounds of drinks, six different appetizers, but after the service we were receiving, decided to party on elsewhere. This place has gone downhill and should be doing everything possible to maintain and regain customers with all of the new restaurant offerings in the neighboring Veranda center.
Haven't been here in years but wanted to check it out. It did not disappoint. We were a party of 3 having lunch. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress came by and introduced herself with a minute. We ordered our drinks and began to browse the menu. The menu was not as big as I remember but still plenty of choices. We were given a roll of bread while we were deciding what we wanted. I got the prospector tri-tip with loaded mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The servings are still as large as I remember and I had to, of course walk out with a to-go box. My food was really good and I wish I could have eaten more, but I was stuffed. Great food and service. I would recommend them if you have a big appetite or wanting some good comfort food.
