I got the Banana Walnut and had to double-check if my taste buds took the day off. It somehow managed to have no flavor—like banana witness protection. Honestly might be the first ice cream shop I’ve been to where I didn’t actually like the ice cream. Very disappointing… especially for a place literally named Cream. You had one job.

It was very hot in Concord today so I took my son and my wife out for ice cream and cream. This is something that we do whenever it’s a hot day unfortunately, this day we asked to taste the ice cream we got a stern look of disappointment from the guy behind the counter. He gave us the samples, but upon my son getting a rainbow sherbet ice cream cone, it tasted freezer burnt, and the ice cream that I really wanted, which was pistachio ice cream. It looked very old of freezer burnt as well so I chose to go with the omen, coconut almond joy. Needless to say this was a lackluster experience because the guy behind the counter when I told him that I Felt like my son‘s ice cream was freezer burnt. He told me I can buy another one, but it was no way that he can just trade that ice cream for another one, even though it was disgusting he still wouldn’t take it back. I will never go back to cream again

Save your money and go around the corner of 31 flavors right through the park and have a better experience better service and better ice cream

Good chain for ice cream. 2 dozen flavors and a bunch of toppings to add. A few tables inside. Good to chat with friends.

Dry clean and net friendly staff except for the owner who got angry with me because I tried to purchase a single cookie 🍪 with my debt card after I had just purchased 4 ice cream sandwiches for my family.plus I seen him talk aggressively to young staff.get place terrible money shark 🦈 owner.he acted like I didn't just purchase 20 bucks worth of goods from his establishment.we still go often just not when the owner is in go later in the the day when the grinchy owner is not their

Staff are friendly and eager to keep customers happy. Choice of flavors is limited. I had Rocky Road and it seemed less sweet than other places - I actually liked that. My wife had vanilla and it was too sweet.

I absolutely love this place, I always go here to hangout with my friends and just enjoy some amazing ice cream. Great customer service except for one employee…. I don’t know his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag but he’s a white male, skinny, kind of brown/ginger curly hair, whenever I come here and he’s working I kind of rethink of going in because of how rude he is. Last time I went I was with my friends and I told my friends about the guy because of how unprofessional he is, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he could’ve been in a bad mood….. nope not this time. As he was helping other customers he was talking to them in a good manner, but the second he gets to me he just stares at me and gives me a gross look. I try to be nice to the guy but it just doesn’t seem to help. When he came to me he just stared at me instead of asking what I want, then when I got what I ordered he kinda threw the cup at me instead of placing it down or handing it to me. Also I noticed when he was ringing up other customers he was telling them to have a nice day and what not, but with me, not a single word was said between us. I told him to have a nice day but I didn’t get a response. Amazing place, amazing food, just hoping the employee could be more professional.

The most amazing customer service I have ever had! Kaitlin had served my ice cream and she was extremely kind and patient with me. Not to mention, the ice cream was so yummy! I will definitely be coming back!
