The best mocha in town.

We were ready for ice cream after lunch. My friend came from Oakland because he really wanted to try the cotton candy burrito. Another friend saw the ice cream and got the yearning. We waited a bit, then saw a sign on the desk. Back at 3:00. It was 1:30! Their hours are supposedly from 10am to 9pm on Mondays. Very disappointed. We'll try another time because it looked like it would be good.(two weeks later) We went back around 11:00 on a Friday. I tried calling and nobody answered. We went inside the mall to check, and the place was closed. We had an errand to run and came back again just before noon. It was open. We couldn't ask the server why they hadn't been open because his English was very limited. But the ice cream was very good. My friend loved the cotton candy burrito. I had a scoop of chocolate chip ice cream which was good. It had little chunks of something which were tasty. I'm upping the stars to four because the ice cream is good. But you never know when it's going to be open.

I didn't want to walk away wasting all that time for nothing so I waited. But this is the worst customer service ever. The couple walked away angry without their shake. this is 30min later. I refused myself walking away with nothing so i stayed and got my overpriced ice cream and tipped him to practice not returning what he deserves. Its an act of kindness. But I would never return to ice cream shop.
