Amazing place

Hello guys. I had so mcub fun with my boyfriend at dave and busters...i won

Good service from the moment we walked in and out.... The host was great, Josh the server was amazing and even the Restaurant manager with the Rubber ducky tie was cool and down to earth. I couldn't believe the level of service we received with some many people in the place that day. Everything we ordered was good, timing was great. They really were very nice with amazing people on their team which made our experience unforgettable. They gave us 110% service Good job.

I gave this a five star because this place is amazing and they have good foods

Beware of double tipping.
I visited here with my family. The meals were fine. Foods are freshly cooked with balanced tastes and served with a medium amount. I left early with my 2 kids after finishing the meal since the service was slow.
When pay for the bill, my wife checked the listed items from a screen but didn't notice 18% gratuity was automatically added. There was no explanation of pre-added gratuity from a server (even when we order food), either. The server just quietly gave my wife screen back after tagging credit card to choose the amount of tips. My wife generously gave additional 20%on that.

After realizing this, this totally ruined my experience visiting there. I will never visit here again.

Brittany the server made my experience amazing, she was so helpful and attentive to my daughter. She showed me the value of the EPC unlimited combo which made my daughter very happy

I come here multiple times a month and I've completely stopped trying to buy food or drinks. They only ever have 1 or 2 bartenders MAX and the last time I was here I waited 10-15 minutes for 1 sprite.

Asked 3 times tonight to have a table cleared off and finally after 30 mins someone finally came. Very unorganized and no one communicates well. I even asked the manager and his excuse was they were going through a transition. I can understand shift changes but this was unacceptable and worse service I have ever experienced. We ended up walking out after the table was cleared off because no one ever came to ask us our order. It also took my boyfriend 12 mins just to get him and I a drink up at the bar. They have 4-5 waiters I can see, 3 bartenders and no one is actually even doing their jobs. I saw one waitress working and taking orders but never came to ask us what we would like. We let the kids play for an hour before we gave up. I am not one to complain when I see that they are actually busy or short staffed but no one cared to even ask after we sat for an hour waiting. The manager even was aware and seeing us sit and didn’t approach us to ask if we had yet ti be helped was shocking to me. He has no common sense of what a manager should be looking over to make sure everyone is cared for. Will not be returning to this location.

For it to be Halloween it was a great time and the food was very good and they made me a drink that I requested without changing me for the extra ingredients.

Horrible service!! They do not bother to bring your food out and when you step away to play a game they give your table away.
