Dave & Buster's Concord - USA

Large place good for big groups. Good deals for food and play options. The drinks were super sweet though. Service was decent. Only negative was there were a ton of unsupervised teens there. I thought a place that lets you walk around with alcohol would have policies against unsupervised minors, but that was not the case. There were groups of kids and teens everywhere.

games, games on tv, games in arcade, games. bartender helped me take my order, provided condiments after person delivering food neglected to return with utensils, ketchup, and sauce. but can't blame anyone bc of noise from games!

I got 200 tickets, but it only shows on the reader with 10 tickets... why is that happening?
No one is there to help me...

We recently had my son’s birthday party at the Concord location. In past years we usually do a big bash and rent a room, which we’ve always been really satisfied with. This year we had a smaller group of kids and decided to make reservations online and reserve a booth.
Our server Brittney was the only one taking care of our area and she was super sweet and helpful. Great attitude, very warm and friendly. I let her know what we were needing and asked her opinion about time frames and foods. She was awesome. As the kiddos arrived she checked in, and made sure we were good. Food arrived timely and correctly. She definitely helped relieve the self induced anxiety I tend to have whenever I’m hosting an event. I will for sure, suggest to friends Dave & Busters for events big and small.
The best part, was the great time had by all!

We had my son's celebration by reserving 16 seats. It took me 10-15 minutes before we were taken to our table. There was only one person manning the reception. I tried to look for a server that can help me but there was none. The line was so long already because the couple before me had a very long transaction. This could have been eliminated if there was another person in the reception. Also, I though Dave & Buster opened at 11:00 AM. I was wrong because prior to that time, there were people already inside. Food was okay. I decided to give it three stars because the pretzel dog was hard. The kids meal actually had big servings. Britney, our server, was very nice. Ambience was great. Overall, this Dave & Buster was big with high ceilings. It was a fun-filled event. I just wished we were accommodated quickly. I mean we just wanted our table.

I went here wanted to try the eat and play we where set down. The waitress waited 30 MINUTES TO COME TO TABLE by that time it was literally 2 MINUTES before she came over the eat and play time expired. Horrible experience with the food side.

Upon coming in to first dine and then play some games with my family (on my birthday) - we sat down in a booth (self-seating), mind you it was not too busy. We sat down for 15 minutes, with no acknowledgement or greeting. I then went up to where there were 4 employees were
congregating and grabbed our own menu’s. I then asked one of the employees if we can have a server come to our table - he responded “for what” - I said so we can order. Another 5 mins pass by and 3 other tables that came after us get served and acknowledged before us -
Still no one comes by. So I ask another employee if we can find whom ever is serving our area. With attitude she said “yeah, let me find them”.. at that point I say we will just eat somewhere else and if I can speak to a manager. Being in customer service for 15+ years and starting off in the food industry, I know how important customer care is. Jowahn, the manager came over and COMPLETELY turned our experience around. Listened, empathized and made it right. In addition, Cory was our server and he was great! Thank you for turning and “OW” into a “WOW”.

Regardless of having a reservation when we got there, no one was available after waiting. The host finally appeared and we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to set a table. We had to request cutlery and napkins. The drink orders came two at a time over 15 minutes. The server was nice but very inattentive. We had to request beverage refills. The food was pretty good, but not enough with the poor service to ever go back.

It was 2pm on a Saturday afternoon so we made a reservation for 4.... 2 adults, 2 children. THAT was unnecessary. The place was relatively empty considering the time and day. The “customer service” line was long because there was a problem with the “unlimited” game cards not being unlimited. We already had game cards so we walked right up to the hostess and asked about our reservation and she walked us right in. Sat down at approximately 2:05pm and sent the kids off to play. 20 minutes later and not one greeting. Another 10 minutes go by and another group (about 4 or 5 people) is seated at the table right next to ours. They all hadn't even sat down yet and along comes a server asking them for their drink order. My wife looks at me and asks if the server is serious. Loud enough that she (the server) heard her. Still no acknowledgment. But now we know they definitely know we're there. Another family comes in and is seated in a booth on the other side of us. Not 2 minutes goes by and they're greeted by a different server and drink orders are taken. At this point, we know we've been seen but now we're being ignored (looked over) because they know they've phucked up. Until now, a manager has walked through our area at least 2 or 3 times. But now they're nowhere to be seen. Disappeared. My wife looks at me and gets up to gather the children. They turned in their “winnings” and we proceed to head over to THE LAZY DOG (woooooohoooooo!!!) where they are very attentive and will make sure that you have everything you need. Thank you DnB for sucking so bad that we had to go somewhere else and wound up spending half of what we would've spent with you and received twice the quality of what we would've gotten. It will NEVER happen again.

I go because my son wants to go. Food service is not the best. They take forever to take your order most of the time.

Went there on Saturday and got food poisoning from eating their smash burger. Ate my first meal that following Monday. I do see my self going back but I won't be eating anything. Just drinks 🍸

It definitely is way over priced specially when it comes to alcohol drinks. Service did a quick check up at first but they had just given us what we ordered which took long by the way. So when you found something wrong you had to go looking for help. Drinks were like $12-$15 each and hardly any alcohol in them. Food was cold and I guess the ONLY thing was that the servers did accommodate us with letting us a big party pay separately instead of everyone paying in one bill. They still charged their 18% though each time... definitely not going back rather go to BWW down the street

D&B Concord is a GREAT PLACE for a huge party. My family and I met up for lunch, about 22 adults and 13 kids, and table was ready, server was ready. everything went well. No complaints. Server Juan was great and Manager Jawan made sure our reserved tables were next to eachother and ready to go for us to enjoy company and have fun!
