Dave & Buster's Concord - USA

I can’t believe I have never been to a Dave and Buster’s before. This place is so much fun! Our server Brooklyn was a delight and the manager Lawrence was super friendly. The selection of games is huge, and the prizes were exciting! I would come here just for the food though. Everything we had was delicious and served hot. Our drinks were perfect too! I can’t wait to bring the kids again soon and invite our friends to join us!

Had so much fun at this place but the server I had today was definitely a cherry on top! Her name was Jerry and her service was amazing always checked up on us, very nice and made us laugh/enjoy our time there! Made our experience here fantastic definitely will be coming back! Thank you to our server Jerry!

It was a family outing, we went to watch the Super Bowl game. We had a Open table booking but we were not seated at a proper restaurant table. We were seated in a private room. It felt like we were punished from enjoying the buzz of the Super Bowl and ambience of the restaurant. The service was extremely slow and terrible. We ordered the unlimited chicken wings and a kid's dish for our daughter. It took them over an hour and a half to get 2 very small portions of chicken wings (max 6) and our daughter's order never showed up. We got an apology from the waitress saying that it is very busy and she's been waiting for the food. It felt more like a justification than an apology actually. No customer service at all. I'm not impressed with this place and have no desire to go back.

We knew it was UFC fight night and expected some delays but nothing could have prepared us for what we experienced. When I checked in the mgr relayed that he had no table but would keep me posted? He came through with in 10 min and that was great. After being seated we waited 10 min before our order was taken. After 20-25 min one of our plates (out of 4) arrived. We STILL did not have our drinks? Not even waters? Our server had still not checked on us and we could not see him. We asked 2 other servers to find him. They could not. Wife took the boys to play games again (it was now 45 min later) and finally our server walked by an noticed that we did not have all our food OR any of our drinks. He discovered that the order was not sent to the kitchen and would remedy this. Much of this could have been resolved if a bit more attention was paid to our table. We did end up leaving and did not have to pay (for the one plate or the drinks which did arrive). We will chalk this up to a bad experience and will be back for games, but this was rough.

Service was good. The food was good except the ribs were tough, steak was good. Some of the games didn't work (specifically virtual reality one amount others) and one of the games charged us and then the atv didn't move.

Servers forgot to bring kids meal (they claimed the kitchen was backed up but everyone else got their food quickly). Hardly checked on us. Did push a tip though

I made a reservation 1 week in advance. When I arrive, I was told my reservation was not valid because they were full. What's the point of working with open table for reservation if you will not honer them? I proceeded to speak with the manager and was told that open table had no idea what was going on inside the establishment. If you will not honor reservations then remove the option of reserve. Ridiculous management and poor management in my opinion hope open table removed them from their platform. No wonder the low reviewed for this establishment. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It's like we never made a reservation here! We made reservations for 5:00, got there at 4:55 and was told there was a 30 minute to 2 hour wait. I told the hostess we had reservations and she said lots of people have reservations for 5:00, then she walked away. So I walked into the bar, found an empty table and sat down. The service is always extremely slow, especially for a drink. Food is average and overpriced. Chicken wings are great, though. We will still go here but have lowered our expectations.

We were seated immediately, however our waitress didn't seem welcoming or friendly. She looked agitated the whole time we were there. Great food, love Dave & Busters, but not our waitress. She could've at least fake smiled.

Large place good for big groups. Good deals for food and play options. The drinks were super sweet though. Service was decent. Only negative was there were a ton of unsupervised teens there. I thought a place that lets you walk around with alcohol would have policies against unsupervised minors, but that was not the case. There were groups of kids and teens everywhere.

Dave and Busters Concord Grandson Bday 1st time going to this location. Start waitress had so many people the service sucked. Ordered food 1st platter came 30 minutes after the other platters took an hour 1 at a time. Drinks was horrible they actually gave my daughter the drink I ordered so I ended up with hers , hers actually came right b4 the 1st platter. They gave us water right b4 we was leaving,oh not to mention play pass for 2 kids $112 for hour and half. Went to kiosk paid 59.99 and got free meal for the other kids. Why that wasn't mentioned from the beginning bad communication I asked for the Manager guess what Manager never showed up. Overall it was a horrible experience. Oh I forgot we booked table for 12 when my Daughter got there it was for table of 5 maybe 6 she had to put 2 tables together we was very uncomfortable

You can make a "reservation", but they do not reserve anything. They do not even have a hostess. Its open seating. This was a holiday dinner for my staff! Thank goodness it was slow that night and we were able to accommodate our large party by combining tables, with no help or support from staff.

games, games on tv, games in arcade, games. bartender helped me take my order, provided condiments after person delivering food neglected to return with utensils, ketchup, and sauce. but can't blame anyone bc of noise from games!
