I go because my son wants to go. Food service is not the best. They take forever to take your order most of the time.

Went there on Saturday and got food poisoning from eating their smash burger. Ate my first meal that following Monday. I do see my self going back but I won't be eating anything. Just drinks 🍸

It definitely is way over priced specially when it comes to alcohol drinks. Service did a quick check up at first but they had just given us what we ordered which took long by the way. So when you found something wrong you had to go looking for help. Drinks were like $12-$15 each and hardly any alcohol in them. Food was cold and I guess the ONLY thing was that the servers did accommodate us with letting us a big party pay separately instead of everyone paying in one bill. They still charged their 18% though each time... definitely not going back rather go to BWW down the street

D&B Concord is a GREAT PLACE for a huge party. My family and I met up for lunch, about 22 adults and 13 kids, and table was ready, server was ready. everything went well. No complaints. Server Juan was great and Manager Jawan made sure our reserved tables were next to eachother and ready to go for us to enjoy company and have fun!

I usually go to the Milpitas location to watch the UFC fights but because of traffic we decided to try Concord out. After being seated it took 45 to 50 minutes to finally get our server just to talk to us and it was well over an hour and 10 minutes before those of us who ordered drinks got them. We never got our Waters and ended up having to walk to the bar to get water since those who order water never got it. We were there from 7:20 until 10:00 p.m. and saw our waiter maybe three to four times. I completely understand with events like UFC fights it can be busy but Milpitas has been way busier than this location and we've never had an issue with the waiters or how long it took for food and drinks brought to us.

Good service from the moment we walked in and out.... The host was great, Josh the server was amazing and even the Restaurant manager with the Rubber ducky tie was cool and down to earth. I couldn't believe the level of service we received with some many people in the place that day. Everything we ordered was good, timing was great. They really were very nice with amazing people on their team which made our experience unforgettable. They gave us 110% service Good job.

I feel like the food was good. It was my son's birthday he enjoyed himself that all that matters . I do feel like I was overcharged. So I kept asking my server questions about how does the eat and play combo works . My server MAC didn't really explain it well but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and kept spending. Then once we were sitting down a while I had a new born baby I wanted to play with my son also he's my first born child turned 10. My son friend's mom would've helped me with the baby , but I felt like the energy were weird. The manager was standing close to our table for a long period of as if we were going to run out without paying. It was so weird how the manager was standing close to our tables , then there were two security guards with guns one by out table and one by the front entrance . I was super uncomfortable and upset that I just stayed at the table so they wouldn't try to hurt me or my kids. I missed out on an opportunity to see my how happy my was during his play time. So I am highly upset and was then. I even tipped my server who didn't have any knowledge whatsoever so ever. My mom was upset and I was because feeling watched was upsetting and not right .

Beware of double tipping.
I visited here with my family. The meals were fine. Foods are freshly cooked with balanced tastes and served with a medium amount. I left early with my 2 kids after finishing the meal since the service was slow.
When pay for the bill, my wife checked the listed items from a screen but didn't notice 18% gratuity was automatically added. There was no explanation of pre-added gratuity from a server (even when we order food), either. The server just quietly gave my wife screen back after tagging credit card to choose the amount of tips. My wife generously gave additional 20%on that.

After realizing this, this totally ruined my experience visiting there. I will never visit here again.

Brittany the server made my experience amazing, she was so helpful and attentive to my daughter. She showed me the value of the EPC unlimited combo which made my daughter very happy

Apparently there is no benefit to making a reservation. No table set up for our group of 9. Had to search out an employee to check in with and then had to wait for a table to be set up, and then it was only set for 8. The service is horrible, however our waitress (once she got to us) was extremely nice but she had too many tables assigned to her. Seven of our orders came out at the same time, but we had to wait about 20 minutes before the last two plates of food arrived. During this time we had to get up and bring our sodas to the bar to ask the bartender to refill them because no one was around to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. This is the closest D&B for us to take our family and friends, and our third time visiting. Each time, the service has been the worst and we have had billing issues the first two times, so this time we check our bill thoroughly. At least they got that right this time!
